This. I clearly remember the time when I was years younger and feeling kinda down for a while and I stopped going out with people just because at the time I couldn't care less of what they did and where they did it. So, the stopped inviting me. I really had to put some work in to the whole group thing once I got back up. EXPECT THEM TO REJECT YOU Now this really got my gears moving. I mean if you know you are probably going to fail (in the beginning at least) you are going to be better at the game. More relaxed, less nervous and the knowing that you have nothing (and I do mean nothing) to lose. Just go with it. I have seen this advice here before but the caps really did it for me.
