I think in order to have a women's only gym it must be a private club. You could have men's only gyms as well if you wanted but they'd have to also be a private club. I think the whole discrimination thing is silly though and any private business should be able to do what it wants.

Yes but you can use that same logic as a counterexample. If there isn't a prenup the woman has an economic reason to leave the relationship. If there is a prenup the man has an economic reason to leave the relationship. I say having a prenup keeps the woman from leaving as much as it does allow the man to leave. This is also putting relationships in purely economic terms. There are many other problems if you are only staying in a relationship because you can't cash out

What you are failing to realize is that while your circumstances have been favorable, many others haven't.
