So why not focus on getting help and correcting that, which you have the capacity to change, versus complaining about your height, which you do not.

For people completely untrained I'd recommend Starting Strength. Gets you into good habits early.

I'll tell you what NOT to do: Do NOT kill them. That would be wrong.

What do you want? Do you want this to be a date? Then tell her something to the effect of, "I wanted to take you on a date to get to know you better so I'd prefer to keep this one on one." You'll know exactly where she stands in how she responds.

Was her idea, although I'm sure if you've been chatting someone up on an app you just ask if they'd be down for a virtual date some night with a glass of wine or beer whatever you've got on you.

I give it a lot of credit for why I've been more successful with women over the last several years, but only some of it directly, and some of it indirectly. Directly, more women seem attracted to me. And indirectly, I feel better about myself and have put myself out there more often - Definitely not always successfully, but I don't care if something doesn't work out anymore and I feel more resilient in those situations.

I've found that showing some personality in responses and being able to have some back and forth is important to me when online dating. If I match with someone who can't hold up their end of the bargain, I don't care how hot they are; that's a hard pass.
