The best advice I ever got was "I am the Prize" not her. It flipped my Beheavior 180 from "women need attention, should come first, treated with love" BS weve been taught all our lives. It took me 3 years to change my brains wiring. That's the same mistake you're doing. Putting them first and putting them on a pedestal. Flip the script in your head..they need to come to you, they need you and you don't need them. That's what intrigues a woman because there's 100 simps drooling after her daily an…

If you're the boss, act like one. Don't act pussy. Management means taking tough decisions and then sticking by them for good or bad. It's as much a test of your mettle for leadership as it is of those below you.

You're reading too much into Erdogan's BS and the return of the khilafat is a romantic idea which will never produce the power that was turkey centuries ago, nor produce the kind of people you worship in TV shows like "Ertugal".... because that world doesnt exist anymore. Learn to think on your own and stop watching the mind fuck called TV.

Wth. A few suggestions 1. Get to.the point 2. Use proper English, grammar and sentence construction 3. Try breaking up your thoughts into coherent points. 4. Try to add value.

Okay, so summary: I'm spending too much time building comfort and rapport. Still stuck in being blue-pilled from long term conditioning. I'll focus on breaking out of this. Good advice. Thank you. Some of the ways you would do things different, would be?

So there is hope for me. :). You've pointed out the exact problem. No K-Closes. I'm too focused on rapport building and comfort. How did you break out of this pattern?

Hmmm. So in above context, I should move from Number > Date > Kino > Sex. That is how it's supposed to be? *btw in context, i have never done anything like this in my life, so forgive the novice-ness. *

I don't know what an 'Alpha' guy sound or acts like. None of my friends or people in my circles behave anything like TRP guys. So what i pick up is from here or my experience only. As far girls go, i come across as "intelligent, ambitious, fun, charming, funny, no nonsense" <some of ways i've been described. I guess more nice guy then 'Alpha'.

Abs are made in the kitchen more then in the gym. "Muffin tops" are the hardest to lose (depending on your genetics) because you'll end up losing weight all over your body before you end up losing your 'dad' bod. It's taken me 2.5 years of a mix of HIIT, Yoga, Strength, Endurance, Cardio and even P90X (look it up) with a high protein diet, to get to where i am where i am not considered 'fat' anymore. I still have that Muffin Top though and a helluva lot of fat around the mid-section. You cannot …

Asian and Indian are getting the virus but the culture still holds them in place. It's a telling trend that white men are increasingly marrying more from Asian / Indian cultures then their own. One reason is that they're still highly prized in those cultures. From a personal experience, three of my friends married indian girls and one of them (friend) was a black guy.

I don't think its a white girl and if she's Asian or Indian, mostly they are still girls who want to get married and be in a relationship, though that's changing too.

Life is the best teacher. Break your heart a few times to come out stronger. That's what makes us human and at the end "Men", because we have been there. AskTRP gives you guidelines how you want to live 'YOUR' life. It's not the Handbook of Life that you'll check every five minutes as to where you want to go. "Love", "One-Itis", whatever you want to call it, is an adventure. It'll usually end in tears (mostly yours) as she branch swings, but for the moment it's there, you'll feel alive. And if y…

The only difference between the marriage market and the tinder meat market is that marriage market was like buying complete audio albums and keeping them for life. So it didn't matter if you liked a single song, you had the buy the full record and take care of it. Because options were limited, that was the only way people understood "music". Circa, 21st century and now you can download songs individually (like a girlfriend whom you keep around) or even more convenient, to listen on demand via sp…

Always remember the principles of TRP (as per the sidebar), some of which are: The only truly important act in any woman's life is the selection of the right partner. By age of 12, women have planned a future for themselves which consists of choosing a man and letting him do all the work. In return for his support, they are prepared to let him make use of their vagina at certain given intervals. Women prefer the life of a dimwitted, parasitic luxury item. There are too few women who would not se…

Congratulations and wish you ever greater success ahead. RP saved my life as well after years of Beta-ness and years of abuse by the female because i was a 'Nice Guy' first and honestly because i would let them. My request would be to keep the account and check in often. Given our current culture of pandering to women's whims, there's a lot of bad advice floating on the subs and inter-webs and men who've been through that hell and come out redder are still in short supply. These are the people w…

Pussy is cheap. If you suck at game, Buy one for 50 to 100 USD and if you can afford the best at max 1500 USD. I'm not endorsing prostitution but just saying it's possible. A good girl who can be a good mother on the other hand is indeed a gem these days and no matter what people say about children, there's no better feeling in the world then having your child (esp a girl) holding your finger for the first time in your life. You're probably young <25 and won't see the value of years of friendship until after you cross into the late 30's / 40's and even if you're not close now, you will need them again in another decade or so. It's not easy making friends after you graduate and those high school and college buddies are the ones who'll always know "You", the real "You".... and they're the only ones who know you at your worst and still stuck around. Once you hit the adult life and especially as you improve in looks and…

Dunbar number is 150. The Dunbar number shows the maximum number of relationships (as in number of people whom you actually know) which are possible. Within the number are layers e.g. you can have 5 BFFs.

Took me more than three decades to wrap my head around the 'don't be a nice guy' philosophy and understanding and that was when i finally discovered this sub-reddit. Here's some news. It's gonna get a lot worse before it gets better. This is from a person who was like you once upon a time. What to do about it? Pull yourself out of whatever corner of the room you're moping in, go write somewhere on your window or desk "GET UP PUSSY, YOU'RE FINE" and similarly on the bathroom mirror "I AM GOD". Read these two messages daily. You're a man. Men are not born, men are created, forged in the fires of hell. Instead of sniffing away sitting in a corner of a room that…

If it's a shared expense (divide cost of the boat, food, etc by 9) then it's just economics, the main reason they're inviting you. So you have two choices: If you think you can be the life of the party, then go. You'll enjoy yourself and they'll feel they made a great decision. If you're not the life of the party, then tell them that you made plans in advance since you did not know about the boat plan. In case of 2, it'll keep you away from a very tiring experience and bringing the group's energ…

My two cents 1..pls focus. If you want to be a digital marketer then take complementary courses so eg focus on banding Search, SEO and Social or take courses such as Public Relations and SEO +Copywriting. Start teaching online. These are some of the most sought after skills right now especially Google certifications and people pay a lot to learn how to manage AdWords. Upload your course to Coursera. One teacher made 6 million dollars for his course on Java. Bonus: Advertisers pay upto 15 percent…

The "game" is thinking in an outcome oriented approach rather then task oriented as most people are. Drinking milk is a task, becoming a beefy strong boned man (with calcium) is the outcome. Which also means that perhaps you can drink something else which produces faster results What people confuse themselves is thinking of tasks as outcomes. Once you orient around "getting shit done" instead of checking off tasks in lists your productivity shoots. Second, prioritize. Priority is set by objectiv…

Usually that pisses them off already but if they continue, after 2 mins say " stop. Times up. Finished or if you want more time we can do this at {name time} tomorrow". And walk off. Im no expert but part of being with a LTR is also knowing when to be blue pilled. It's about being a provider not just using her and you have to provide more then money. Here you are just an abuser to someone who possibly sees a future with you. It's the stuff of domestic abuse

There is no such thing as a girl best friend. It's someone you're being "nice" too in hoping she sees you as her prince charming someday and in the process you turn her off. Solution, start decreasing the attention you give her and spend on others. Once she sees she has competition only then ball will roll in your court.

Start to wear suits. No matter how weird it seems or you get made fun of, real men wear suits and it impresses even 20 year olds. I know I have them around me. Two, my LTR gave me shit after I lost 45 KG and started to buy clothes and kept a beard and even got rid of body hair ( which she said she loved previously). Did I look and feel sexy... You bet. SMV went up. How she reacted... By hitting the gym when her friends started hitting on me. Now she likes everything I've done.

As someone whose tried the friend ship route multiple times (before TRP) I can very confidently say it doesn't work and neither does "Getting Back Together". Once a relationship is broken it's gone. Even if you get her back, the sex won't be as much pleasurable when she was getting jiggy with u because now simply she won't try that hard anymore. Enjoy the memories and move on.

Something I've learnt from TRP. Look in the mirror daily (I hated it once so I know it's hard) and repeat "I am The Prize" (10 times at least). You don't have to believe it, just do it.

Thanks for the encouragement. Only 2 months down and needed that boost to continue the path. I still shiver inside with every interaction.

Don't approach women with guys You're over thinking. It's not guys you're afraid off, it's you're scared of approaching them which you're rationalizing.

If it was one thing I wished I had done in my Uni was to build up a Network. I did gym, was a decent student and sometimes even partied but I never got to know people beyond my friends and immediate peers In my career, I've met my seniors and juniors repeatedly and more than once they've helped push my career forward just because of our same Alma meter not because they knew one. My friends who are more social leaped and bounded and one even ended up in Amazon because of those connections. So bes…

I miss her too. It's okay. Sometimes it hits you like a ton of bricks. Other days you look at her old pictures and think is that what I was willing to give up everything in the world for. It's life. Suck it up. Keep lifting. Keep meditating and improving yourself Keep reminding yourself "I'm the prize" and "It was just my turn"

I agree. I'm the entire remodeling and transformation required person. Wouldn't have understood from top posts and side bar alone Never was as good in my youth as I'm now and it's just been 6 months.

Seems like a lack of purpose. You don't know where you are or where you are going with this lifestyle. Sex, money, security then what? Analyze if you're really happy with your job and if it satisfies your passions, curiosity, need for challenge and change. Your prostitution habits also signify escapist tendencies. I'm no expert but think you need to start asking the question "Why Do I Exist" and if u can't answer that, find out.

Sometimes I'm happy I'm.not.alone. It comes from a need to be liked. It's called a pleaser personality and well will take a lot to control. You're probably ENTP or ENTJ personality type too. In my case, I keep reminding myself 'they don't care the f about you and what you do'. I realized it keeps my impulses in check I also meditate 20 mins now And also try to talk less then the person in front of me and try maintaining frame. Keyword is try because I mostly fail still. It's a struggle everyday …

Dude. You sound so much like me. Keep wanting to impress the girl and she's very likely to walk off. I've made that mistake for over 10 years so you're not alone. First rule of TRP, make a mindset of I am the catch. Prove yourself worthy of my time, not other way around. Just this thing alone has gotten me more dates in last 2 months then I did in entire year However still learning how to close. It's a process.

Had a girl like that. Discovered I was the problem. I wanted her to like me and keep liking me. I did everything by the feminism book. Her fault and I'm apologizing for it, im bringing her presents when she didn't even wish me on my birthday, cheering her up when she's down, missing work when she wanted to hang out, even pulled a few strings and got her a job which paid double her previous earnings. Guess what. She didn't like me more... She got worse. . As did her treatment of me. Discovered TR…

Kissing / touching -> Get her off once manually -> Fellatio -> Cunnilingus -> Sex. Try this instead of oral to sex Alternatively, depending on how long your refractory periods are, you could get off when she’s going down on you then recover for round two (which lasts longer) while going down on her. Up to you.

Don Draper: The reason you haven't felt it is because it doesn't exist. What you call love was invented by guys like me, to sell nylons. You're born alone and you die alone and this world just drops a bunch of rules on top of you to make you forget those facts. But I never forget.

6 months into TRP (and gym) and struggling with years of being a fat nobodyish wallflower. When someone praises me, I struggle with a simple thank you and more than once have made stupid remarks which kills the conversation after that. It's not something which is easy to build immediately but am taking it one day at a time. You can't undo years of abusing yourself in a day. One thing I'm trying to train myself on is silence. Meditation helps.

Been there. Was intelligent but grades were low. No GFs. Total book worm. So what I did then was find an area which I loved. In my case computers and IT and this was just before internet was hot (late 90s). People didn't understand me then but today years on, that interest is my money making business. Find an area you like and only way to learn what you like is to break out of your routine and try new things. Discipline yourself and try one new area weekly from working in real estate to computin…

I broke up with a long time friend. Its been a year and still hurts. She still ghosts me on Instagram (see her name if I make a story). Does it hurt. Hell yes because we were perfect together How do I deal with it, knowing she's swinging like crazy with some Chads...I take it out in my work and at the gym. I've gone out with multiple girls since then but I can honestly admit it's not as much fun as being with her. Yet life being life you try to move on. Bear the pain. That's what being a man is …

Went through the same thing. Still angry and it's been 3 months . The difference is I realized fault is mine and I'll do better next time. We are human. Hurt takes time to heal esp. when you were deep into someone. I've found someone else and hoping I do better . Gym and meditation help curb my thoughts.
