I started going to clubs with my males friends and feel like a failure.I felt like this one Saturday morning about a month ago. I had a failed Friday night and blamed myself. I thought I was a failure of a human being, I felt terrible. That day, I read the book 'Models' by Mark Manson in one sitting. I didn't change me into an expert PUA overnight, that's not the point. It gave me a few helpful tips but, most importantly, it changed my attitude. The central theme of the book is that you shouldn't derive your happiness and self-worth from other people. That sentence… | /r/seduction | 16/11/13 12:02 PM
Trust me, it's not about looks or: Confessions of a good looking guy with no gameBe the most attractive person you can be. Don't be afraid of rejection. That's all there is to it. All these percentages and formulas are completely unnecessary. | /r/seduction | 10/09/13 11:58 PM
Trust me, it's not about looks or: Confessions of a good looking guy with no game"I've been trying to establish a formula breakdown of a man's attractiveness to a woman" Waste of time. All women are different. Some women will care more about looks than others. Some women won't care at all about 'national social position' whilst for others this will be very important. Even if you just take one woman, these numbers aren't set at birth. Looks may become less important as she ages, personality may become more important as she gets more dating experience. Or the exact opposite co… | /r/seduction | 10/09/13 10:10 PM

To all those wondering "How on earth do I fake confidence?! I still don't know what to say..." Here's some thoughts.Well firstly, you probably shouldn't literally say just 'Hi' By 'say hi to a girl' I mean just say something. 'say hi to a girl' could just be a smile and eye contact from across the bar followed by 'what's that your drinking?' or 'sure is crowded in here, right?' The point is that what you say really doesn't matter If you use something as simple as hi and a smile with eye contact, 8/20 girls will be really glad you said hello and the others you'll have a polite but maybe slightly awkward conver… | /r/seduction | 26/04/13 10:23 AM
Getting over fear has never been this hardEveryone has approach anxiety. What I finally realized last night (best night of my life by the way) is that the key to all of this is outcome independence. Here comes a ramble... I went through a phase of thinking I couldn't talk to girls because I wasn't a 6'2 beautiful rugby player. It sounds like you don't have this problem. Having seen guys much less attractive than me get with girls, I next thought that my problem was being boring, anxious and not being naturally talkative. After reading s… | /r/seduction | 26/04/13 12:15 AM
