Yeah it's a process of getting out of our own way. One of the ways I describe it in the book as allowing the subconscious to come in, what I metaphorically describe as the 99 employees. In a state of giving a fuck, it's like, you the manager of those 99 employees are trying to do everything on your own and not allowing them to do their job, so you just make things harder on yourself and prevent the higher aspects of yourself to go to work. In a state of not giving a fuck, you actually become mor…

yeah, write down what you want. Next stage is being open to what you are looking for existing. so like in my case, when I see a woman I'm interested in, one of the first questions that comes out of my mouth is "Are you religious" referring to a fundamentalist. If she is, I'll still talk to her for a bit, but I know she's not what I'm interested in, so it's not going any farther than that brief conversation. So know what you want first, then figure out how to discover that. It's not uncommon for …

Vipassana true, but I don't take advantage of it as much as I used to. My focus has shifted more to building relationships and being with women that share my views. Open minded, into philosophy and spirituality, can hold a conversation and be interested in the subjects that I have an interest in and what not. Relating has become a priority now. In the past it was all about seeing what was possible, how fast could I hook up with a woman, how much attention could I get, how many women could I have…

The family unit is a system. When you change, resistance may/will come up. But if you change, that system will also change. Can you allow your family to disapprove of you, can you be OK with that. Can you Love them so much that you can allow them to feel however they need to feel with you being yourself, including rejecting you or not giving you approval. Can you Love them despite them rejecting you? Love meaning just accept, allow them to free to be/do whatever they want to be/do. Another way t…

yeah that's a big piece in becoming social. I practiced in the past, and recommend others practice this is well, going to bars/restaurants/movies alone. And just witnessing first hand, no one gives a shit about what you are doing or that you are alone or whatever. Everyone else is worried about their own problems and how they look to have any energy left to pay you any mind.

yeah, I started meditating at around 20 in 2006 and never stopped. Well had a few times I stopped for like 6 months, but always went back to it. My main meditation practice is through goals. Being at peace with me emotions that are tied up with the goals I want to achieve. But I've done a lot of types of meditations, but my main one is just being at peace, which is an acceptance of my emotions, free to stay, free to go. No need to understand them, control them, or figure them out. Just peace, go…

Yeah that's what the mind thinks. You have to take a leap of faith, or hit rock bottom like I did on the first go. The mind is just limitation, what you fear, you actually bring in, what you desire/want, you actually push away. What you love, as in unconditional love, free to leave, free to stay, not giving a fuck either way is what you have. Your highest preference of that level of love is what you'll have in your life when you fully let go and stop giving a fuck. It's strange, but like you don…
