Here's an idea: If a woman's goal in the relationship, be it a friendship or courtship, is control, then she will make the man second guess himself by leaving false clues. Here's my theory: C had no prior relationship experience when she met me. She was probably unable to explain why we texted back and forth; I did it mostly out of politeness. She started getting annoyed with me and realized that I was a mere beta. Then she wanted to get rid of me so that she could be with boyfriend #1.

The word "mansplaining" has just the same weight as the word "microaggression". Just superfluous words we don't need in the English language. Good thing that the term "mansplaining" isn't used during conversations where I'm from. But I know women get annoyed when you try to tell them something useful. EDIT: Typo

Bingo. But it's kinda too late for some people. I myself am quite westernized and I speak with a pseudo-American accent. Even if you pull them away from TV (nothing to watch anyway) there's always online media like YouTube. If they don't watch Western media, there's always Eastern media, but don't get me started on those Korean dramas.

Asian MGTOW here. I wouldn't say it's a language barrier issue, but I wouldn't discount it as one of the reasons why Asian men haven't heard of us either. I think most of the people around me don't bother to think about such things because feminism isn't as prevalent here as the West. However, society is pretty gynocentric. If you happen to meet an Asian AWALT who is has filled her head with Western feminist ideas, you'd be surprised at how similar they are to Western feminists.
