Something that I have been doing thats been making me feel more confident (and alpha at the same time) is organizing small events for a group of friends that I have. We like to hike, so I research new places to do short hikes, take care of any equipment arrange transport etc. The feeling of accomplishment is amazing and when the planned event goes well, which it always does, smiles all round and I'm the hero.
