You may be into that person and you might get along great platonically, but you can't force someone to be interested back. A lot of times someone you like isn't going to feel the same way about you and you have to be okay with that. Believe me I used to think this way too. It took a lot for me to take a step back from myself and look in the mirror. I was desperate to feel desired/liked by other people.
