That's a fair point that I cant and wont argue with. However, she still admitted to literal theft. Even if we ignore the drugging part, that's still fucked up and illegal. This is also true. But, they have enough to not require us to do the work that we do to file taxes. If it wasn't for the lobbying of H+R block and the rest of the tax prep industry, the paperwork we would need to do would amount to something a 3rd graders worksheet of homework would look like. Why can't there be a vote, and have it go to court? Like, both "parents" go to a court room, cast a ballot. If mom says abort, it's pretty much instantly aborted regardless of what dad says. That seems fair because it's her body in the end. If she says keep and he says abort, then he goes on without ever having to interact with the child at all. No child support, no nothing.

But at the same time you'll never know what the cause is, because you've never lived the other side. It's the same logic that says I can say circumcision is no big deal, because I have no idea what life would be like if I wasn't. I'm not saying you can't be upset with the fact that you were circumcised, I'm saying you can never definitively prove that it was the "botched procedure" that caused the issues.

As a circumcised man, I'm not sure if that can be entirely blamed on the circumcision unless you've had uncircumcised sex before. It sounds like either the procedure was botched, or you just take a really, really long time to reach orgasm, which isn't as uncommon as you'd think.

It actually is. Speaking from personal experience substantial jail time (more than 6 months) is much harder to get without a trial. Which makes sense. Not having a trial is a big concession for both sides, prosecution and defense.

Small correction, being "straight" and the "cis" prefix have absolutely zero to do with eachother, other than that SJW's both use them frequently. They describe two separate things. "cis" and "trans" describe gender identity while "straight" "gay" and the rest of the alphabet describes sexual orientation.

This is extremely false. Ive spent a lot of time in Dispatch Centers. You are correct on the procedure for hang ups, but dispatchers DO NOT have the ability to decide something should not be called in to the police/fire/EMS. They do not "have discretion" to do that. If you place a call asking for a cop to check something out, if you give them any reason to believe any kind of law is even possibly being broken, the cops will at minimum do a ride by. In this case, the "concerned mother" was afraid…

I was actually taught in school that the definition of the word rape was something to the effect of "taking something from someone/a group of people by force". Specific example being "the sacking and rape of Troy" in history class. So... I think they're technically right, just overusing the word because of the response it gets. Edit for clarity- only some of the things they call rape can actually be defined as rape, didn't mean it to be such a blanket statement.
