| -12 | Polk County Sheriff is planning to literally kill innocent men by refusing them access to hurricane shelters, citing "refusing to allow sexual predators around children/women" amid the biggest hurricane to hit the USGood? No one "deserves" to live. We just live. However, the world would definitely be better off without some people, like these guys | /r/MensRights | 07/09/17 12:52 PM |
| 2 | Ever noticed girls acting shy around you after you bulked/got bigger? Is this the kind of reaction I should expect from now on?You watch too many YouTube videos and read too many Reddit forums on how to respond to people. I bet you're a keyboard warrior and people like you are why the redpill has gone so downhill | /r/askTRP | 23/06/17 03:24 AM |
| 1 | If my goal is 100% aesthetics and impressing girls, is it better to cut for summer or continue to bulk and cut for the start of college (5'8, 155, 13-14% BF)I've seen the video | /r/askTRP | 23/03/17 12:23 AM |

I'm assuming you can't get sub 10%, so you assume no one else can either? | /r/askTRP | 23/03/17 12:19 AM |

You're ripped so your shit isn't thin tight, you hardly look like you lift if you wear a sweatshirt. When you take your shirt off, however, you look way bigger mainly because your muscles are so cut up. So winter 11-14% and you look great in sweatshirts, summer i prefer 7-10% when my shirts off all the time. Everyone has different set points-some can maintain at 6% while others have a hell of a time maintaining at even 9. I believe 8% is doable year round without fee… | /r/askTRP | 22/03/17 11:00 PM |

You're right though, my professor and entire class probably fucked up each and every test | /r/askTRP | 22/03/17 10:56 PM |

Slow and steady progress means you won't ever feel shitty enough to want to cut-3rd year in college and continually fuck myself over dirty bulking to 16-18% and having to work my ass off to get to 8-10% every summer. | 1 | Workout routine for my body type? (Pic)I've never even tried this, but it definitely sounds like a challenge! (the 12x4 pullups) I'll give it a go my next back workout too! I've trained a few people and honestly, the biggest thing is diet. Most of them have been really skinny and not used to eating as much as they needed to..myfitnesspal is free and easy to use, you'll get your calories spot on every day..it's the first thing I make them do before I even agree to train them-Meal tracking! literally probably 70% of the battle with gai… | /r/askTRP | 19/11/15 02:49 AM |
| 3 | Workout routine for my body type? (Pic)I would definitely STOP with pushups/pullups thing. Maybe a few warmupsets, then add weight as apart of your workout. Keep in mind, taxing your muscles with that high reps will impair your primary lifts benchpress/squat/deadlift..also, deadlift more. Releases a TON of growth hormone due to the amount of muscles recruited to do the lift. Keep squatting/bench pressing..I would do a 5x5 workout for your main lifts until they get stronger, then look into 4x12/higher rep schemes primarily used for ma… | /r/askTRP | 18/11/15 12:46 AM |
