Disagree - female abusers need due process just as much as men. We can't have "me too" in reverse.

Right...my main point is we can't convict people simply based on accusations. We need to have a rigorous legal process that protects EVERYONE, both people who are making accusations as well as those who are being accused.

Good academic studies have shown that false accusations occur, I think between 5% and 6% of the time. In event, we need due process to ensure that everyone's rights are protected.

This is why we need due process - it gives the evidence a chance to be reviewed. Police and courts sometimes get it wrong but by and large, our system mostly works.
