It's pretty simple that you can't spread fatness to someone else just by being in the same elevator as them. Comparing it to a virus doesn't make any sense.

you should have just used a different example and your point would not be lost in the wording. If you said women are generally more suited to be nurses, because they are more nurturing and empathetic. Your point would probably be better accepted.

I know I'm late to see this comment, but can you please share a study where they found a reduced metabolic rate as a result to eating more often? I'm fascinated by the idea because I have only ever lived by the simplistic calories in vs calories out equation. I have looked into fasting vs non fasting for workout efficiency and performance but have simply never heard of insulin blocking your access to fat storage.

I love these guys. I don't care for what they stand for at all. I love the fact that they exercise their right to free speech. They seem to do so in a non violent way. They are fierce for what they stand in, and just because I don't agree with it does not mean I should hate them for it. They are one of few "extreme" groups that represent their crazy views cordially
