I had to do an online training module on this crap before starting at a new work site and one of the questions at the end asked, “Which of the following is equality?” I answered “Treating people of all backgrounds the same.” Wrong. The correct answer said something along the lines of “Treating people differently based on their backgrounds and experiences.” 5 years ago I would have had the right answer.
