If the accuser is lying and caught to be deliberately lying with these allogations absolutely. However if the jury decides a not guilty that doesn't nessaeraly mean the the accuser was lying and making it all up. We have to be careful to make sure that even if the accusation was found not guilty you aren't also punished.
