1	My wife has decided we are splitting up. Please tell me I'll be ok. Happened to me 3 weeks ago. I'm depressed beyond belief even though our marriage deteriorated years ago. Keep things amicable. I'm trying to convince her to use a mediator even though she retained a lawyer. We have 2 kids and a house. Take one day at a time. It's harder for me since I have anxiety issues and depression. 2	How do I let go? I've been there. I went through so much grief, anger. It happened 3 years ago. I got complacent we became roommates and now she's filing for divorce. All I could say is there's no easy way out. Try therapy if you both are into it. Didn't work for us. It's ok. Don't blame yourself. It happens everyday. I'm going through a worse hell now.
