Update. I've escaped him. I'm alive and away from him now. It took a fractured wrist and ten stitches to finally be scared enough to leave, but I did. The ER doctor helped me with that. I'm safe now and trying to heal. I'll say this. I'm going to have a very hard time getting back into the RP community. I want to trust. I want to find someone who can love me. The violence is what I'd report (someone else said pushing and slapping are not okay and likely to get worse?) but I don't know what might have caused this. My theory is that he's letting go of stress from the cases he works (he's on homicide so...it gets bad, I know that much even if he never tells me details) and the upcoming sergeant exam (it's supposed to be incredibly hard and in-depth but it comes with a payraise and increased responsibilities.). He does but he can usually control it. I think that's part of what makes him such a good cop. And only ever pushing, the slapping is new.

Yes, he is studying for the rank of sergeant. I almost wonder if maybe lashing out at me is how he's releasing all the stress from his cases and the exam he's going for.
