Not for the girls, for the impact it has on others. When I go to work and I'm the only bulky dude (big word, I'm not that big yet), it makes me feel powerful. Same goes with girls, knowing they feel attracted makes me feel poweful. Regarding the sofa/purpose thing, I'm coming from a different place. I already am driven and competitive in my life. For example, I have a good job and I'm very good at what I do. I already draw my competitive edge from somewhere else, that's why I dont need to find a…

When your comfort zone is being ripped, being obese in your underwear is fucking torture. Maybe for you. Statistically, we are all the same, and feel the same way, and we all want to remain in our comfort zones AND be happy there. When your comfort zone is being ripped, being obese in your underwear is fucking torture. If you forced yourself to like it, then good for you. However, if you forced yourself to play videogames all day, you would also feel good about yourself AND the moment society cr…

The majority would settle for slob, it's hard to get to obese (at lest here, in europe). Maybe in the US is different. In either case, most guys would put a little effort into finding a mildly fuckable girl and settle with her. Then, whatever they do doesn't matter because in their heads, they already have happiness, ie, their hobbies, work, and a girl to fuck. That hardly makes them "good" material, but we know for sure that it's just a delusion. If they wanna settle their own lives like that, …

Cause if that's all that makes you feel good, I think you're suffering from low testosterone or depression. Maybe I didn't explain myself. Lifting = getting a good body, that's it. The fact that it also makes me feel good for doing sports + keeps me in shape and good health = a plus. I don't need lifting to feel good, however I do need it to have a better impact on girls and assert my image a little more with guys. If you're lifting for girls you are missing the entire point of redpill. You know…

True, making exercise makes people feel good, and me too, I agree. However, I found a lot of things that made me feel good through life and I could stick to that, avoid lifting altogether, and settle. Guess what, that would be terrible. I'm ambitious, I want more, and without lifting, I won't be able to get it. guy who's previous best accomplishment was related to his RuneScape account. I like to know what I can do and how it feels to do it. Great for you man. That wasn't the case for me. I alre…

Wrong. If we did only the stuff that made us feel good then we would go around in underwear, get fat and wait to die... Wrong about lifting to. What's so enjoyable about lifting weight? I mean, if you enjoy it, good for you, but you get big and strong for the benefits it gives you in the world, Otherwise you are missing the point.

I don't know my bf%. However, I'm thin, I'm 5'6'' and after I started being consistent with lifting and bulking, I went from 52kg (january) to 60kg (today).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
