Thanks for the tip man. Truly appreciate it. I'll see if I can come up with anything. I'll post when I do end up going out (probably this weekend)

I made a weird face at his mullet but laughed at the end. I can respect a man who would do something weird for the hell of it. Thanks for this, I might skip ahead those three years and jump into RSD once I swipe through Magic Bullets. Thanks again bretha

I'm going to shorten my answer in a bit. This is a trainwreck

The text does say to act it out like it's really happening, which would probably require a degree of confidence. You've convinced me - I might give these old things a shot over the weekend. Just out of curiosity, what is your favourite method of approach (the one(s) you have the most fun with)?

This is good advice. It helps to stop and think about how others might be feeling just to get out of your head. Odds are, a lot of the girls there will be bored as hell, some even going as far as pretending to have fun. They're waiting for a guy like you to make their night. So have at it. Also, before you leave, take a second to just relax. I understand you're there for pickup but just think about how much fun you'll have just meeting new people. The best part is, this is just one part of your …

I see. I think I'm one of those guys. I'm guessing this is covered in Qualification?

Cool I thought I was the only one lol. Wouldn't be so negative about the hotties though - but I guess I can agree to a degree

See, I've had some success with the starbucks one - easy transition and it's not so bad when you say "I only asked because I wanted to say hi. I'm ___". Are you suggesting a more direct approach?

Makes sense to have options in your arsenal; just wondering how effective some of them (like this one could be). I guess I'm just looking for a good example for a variety of situations.

Direct. Got it. Although, I'd probably be insulted if someone said "You. Get over here." All this might make sense to me when I refresh on Qualification.

I thought that might have been it - perhaps not the best opener but at least it would get the gears going to bridge into transition then attraction. Out of curiosity, is there another strategy that doesn't focus so much on moving the seduction forward? Sounds like that's the only way to practice picking up women but I'd like to hear if I'm mistaken

Have always been a Love Systems guy but I'll check RSD. Time for some new content. Thank you

Sorry for the bad format, I'm really not sure how to make bullet points

Woah, didn't think I'd get the attention of a moderator. I guess I underestimated Seddit 1. Details * High school romance turned to something serious. Met her at a bar (while I was practicing Game) Senior year of high school (no real drinking age where I grew up - Indonesia) and the relationship just took off since then. Graduated high school and moved to the US, she moved to the UK. We'd see each other every few months by saving up - this lasted 5 years. It turned into a not-so exclusive relati…

Having it situational makes a lot more sense. Was going through the 'System You Can Use Tonight' section of the book but I guess the chapter was meant for a rushed effort. I appreciate the input bretha

Haha not sure about a drink to the face but would definitely expect a weird look and a cold shoulder. This is my first time seeing the phrase 'dumb it down' - I'll remember that one

It's been a while - long term relationship. I feel like like I'm playing catch-up from the stone age over here. Would appreciate stone, wood, and other resources (links/instructors please)

Do you have any preferences to an approach if you had to choose?

Just seems a little weird to tell a stranger, especially a group of girls (probably attractive ones expecting guys to hit on them) "I'm planning my friend's birthday party next week and I'm trying to decide between an X theme and a Y theme. What do you think?" - it just reeks of trying to start a conversation, might even hint at being a little scared to go direct.

List of books I've read if you're curious: - The Game by Neil Strauss - definitely got me curious - Magic Bullets by Savoy (version 1 I think) - gave me the routines and confidence - Revelation by Mystery - only partially - The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida - Quite interesting for developing an identity as a masculine male - The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene - not the best to develop game but it added a weird twist to my game habits way back when - The Sex God Method by Daniel Rose …
