Before asking for a source, one might want to use a little of the TRP values, and STEP UP gentlemen! This is completely intellectually disingenuous. The onus to provide evidence has always been, and should always be, on the person making the claim. This is basic stuff. Telling people to go look for sources for your arguments is weak and makes you look like you've never seen the inside of a school. Also, stop claiming that TRP is on your side when you make an argument. It's a weak appeal to some …

Men were more highly compensated than women, with median incomes of about $140,000 compared to $80,000 for women. Women participants who were married tended to have spouses whose median incomes exceeded $100,000, whereas male participants who were married had spouses whose median income was between $20,000 and $26,000. Women earned about the same amount regardless of their marital status, but men who were married earned significantly more than those who were unmarried. I'm simply just not unders…

night progresses, more talking, night's over, i tell her let's go. on the way home i move in close, she smiles but pushes me away. 5 minutes later ... well you can imagine the rest. So, nothing happened? ...we went on to conclude the night at her place. Ok, stop being coy in field reports. They're for details and explicit information, not (un)clever narratives. What exactly happened in the 5 minutes after she pushed you away?

It's funny you say this, given that this picture is floating around the internet: http://i.imgur.com/nu2Mipb.jpg

I liked the music in this trailer better when they were used in "Breaking Bad" tribute videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFaVmkh-4wc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NrRJhKPKaA

Laura: Sorry. Wrong line. I am not taken aback by your keen insight and suddenly challenged by you. So, does the character 'Will' have a response to this, or does Laura successfully maintain her frame and win this conversation? From the looks of it, this seems to be a poorly chosen example of red pill.

But what does that have to do with the letsstartaflamewar saying the following quote is unbelievable? Apologise for lying, explain that the memory of those acts made you feel ashamed and insecure and that is why you lied. And that you are not interested in that kind of lifestyle at all any more. Where's the cognitive dissonance you described in this quote? I'm with tedbradly on this one, I honestly see nothing inherently wrong with this advice and think the woman in the OP should follow it (as l…

Every time I read "I am x years old and have had y partners" I immediately do the math in my head y/x and think to myself "87/28 is just over 3 per year, or one every 4 months, that's a lot" and then I remember that that is assuming they've been fucking since they were born and that the number of years they have been sexually active is smaller, implying that the ratio gets even bigger. So, assuming that she has been fucking since she was 16 years old (a reasonable estimate since she said she sta…

It is cheap and effective gravity filter. You need the one with the fluoride filter. It also removes the trace prescriptions psych drugs that they dump in the water supply. (This is no accident people) Can you elaborate on this? With sources.

An IQ of 125 is pretty high. By definition, IQ of 100 is average, and one standard deviation is 15 points (assuming that IQ follows a Gaussian curve, which is observably does). Therefore, 125 means the person is more than one standard deviation above average. One standard deviation above average would place you in the 84th percentile (i.e. having an IQ higher than 84% of the population). But 125 is closer to two standard deviations above the mean, which is the 97.5 percentile. Also, for referenc…

The fundamental distinction is concavity vs. convexity. Hourglasses are concave, beach balls are convex.

Yeah, but fat women with rolls have multiple curves if you count their rolls as curves, which they, in a geometric sense, are. We need a better phrase now to describe what "curvy" used to be, one that is totally unambiguous. Something like "firm hourglass figure". It highlights the important hourglass shape, but then qualifies it with "firm" to exclude fat women.

Why would I do that? I never said that whites had larger dicks than blacks in the first place.

Actually, no, no studies say that black guys have bigger penises than white guys. Studies show, however, that both white and black guys have same-size penises, and together they have bigger penises than Asians.

I thought /r/theredpill would be the last place I'd ever go to find a linguistic discussion. Anyways, English is most definitely a Germanic language. It for sure has a lot of borrowings from Norman French due to the Norman invasion and its influence on English society. However, borrowings in vocabulary do not imply a genetic relationship. The core English words - the ones that weren't replaced by borrowed words (in linguistics, a "closed class") - are still most definitely Germanic. e.g. pronoun…

Elles sont faites pour commercer avec nos faiblesses avec notre folie, mais non avec notre raison. Il existe entre elles et les hommes des sympathies d’épiderme et très-peu de sympathies d’esprit d’âme et de caractère. "They are made to trade our weakness for our madness, not for our reason. Only superficial sympathies exist between them and men, and very little sympathies of spirit, soul, or character." Just thought I'd give the translation a shot as I have a final exam in French tomorrow eveni…

The first instance of "rape culture" in the article is this: There are women so delusional they actually think we live in a “rape culture”. What the fuck? The second instance makes it clear what she is saying: No, we don’t live in a rape culture.

Well, there's nothing stopping her from getting the same student loans, going to the same classes, and reading the same textbooks as everyone else. Nothing other than her own decisions, of course.
