They remove the female clitoris to reduce their ability to experience sexual pleasure. They ostensibly remove a man's foreskin for the sake of hygiene (I don't really buy it either). It protects the head, and makes it much more sensitive. The head is not skin, it's a membrane. If you look at the head of a circumcised penis vs an uncircumcised penis, you will see a huge difference in the way the head looks. When the foreskin is gone, not only do you lose a lot of the sensation from the nerve endings that were removed, but over time the head will become less and less sensitive. 1	Police make routine traffic stop and believe man has drugs in anus. The police brought the man to a hospital, where he was forced to undergo a rectal exam and colonoscopy without his consent.
