I was referencing the VAK learning styles by Walter Burke Barbe which have been one of the most widely referenced in popular culture to my knowledge. Even my uni teachers referenced it. The OP mentioned auditory (which coincidentally was also what I got when I did the quiz) indicating the VAK learning styles which have no evidence backing up their claims. He suggests strategies, not learning styles, that aren’t part of the visual, auditory or kinaesthetic theory that was being referenced by the OP.
