1	Brock Turner Good post. Cases like these are so tough when alcohol is involved and 18-23 yo college kids are binge drinking. The kid definitely effed up, and he paid for it. I just dont like how hes being labeled as a monster rapist by the press/SJWs and people are calling for more severe punishment, like he got off easy. 1	A Sensible Beginner Guide to Getting in Shape for Summer Great post. Im gonna have to get on the foam roller bandwagon. My buddy swears by it to help with muscle pain/soreness. I think a good book for any person wanting to start getting fit is the Mens Health Big Book of Exercises. Tons of pictures showing proper form, nutrition advice, workout plans, pretty much all you need to get started.
