The key thing is awareness of your center of gravity. Your center is between your belly button and your groin. This center needs to be the source of your movement (including contact with other people) and the rest of your body should follow. This pretty much is the only thing I pay attention to when I am dancing. Women and men keep telling me that they like how I dance since I gave up all other rules.

Hey, how do these kisses work please? It is one kiss on one cheek only? More? Does each person kiss the other?

Are you in an open relationship with your wife? If not, how does this impact your authenticity and honesty when you approach other women?

Hey, I do want to hear how you are combining PUA and your family life. Do you have children?

OK, so maybe you are new to posture and eye contact work and you need to play with it more to build it further. But consider this. Perhaps your colleagues noticed that you give a shit. Maybe, consciously or not, some of them detected the “danger” of you raising standards and therefore exposing their mediocrity. Social pressure towards mediocrity is a real thing. Do your shit.

People matching this description are very rate. Do you know many people like this? If I only know a few people like this, do you think I am not putting enough effort to seek them out?

Thank you for inspiring advice. I find some of these things hard as fuck. For example some people I meet are borring to me and I struggle to listen to them. Does someone with "high value personality" have the ability to find everyone interesting? Or are they more selective in who they interact with?

To love means to value. You love yourself already, you just believe that you do not. Some part of you believes that you must first meet certain conditions, such as achieving financial freedom or having a cute gf or whatever, before you are of value to yourself. But this belief is incorrect. If anything external has any value to you, and it does since you are pursuing something, it is only because you want to give enjoyment of this something to yourself. So you think you are worth it despite you …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
