In the development nation I am from neonate circumcision rates were at one time 95% and now they are 5% so let’s say developed nations that have practiced circumcision. 5	A great, concise, rational explanation of the injustice that is infant circumcision I see it as being blatant indoctrination meaning without question or ability to self determine. Children can only be given direction concerning religious belief not have it predetermine on their behalf, therefore making irreversible permanent decisions on behalf of a child on the basis of religious belief exceeds the religious rights of others including parents.
