I recently encountered and watched several long videos from excellent therapist Gabor Mate. He focus is on trauma and addiction. He has specific approach in therapy - lots of empaty and no judgement. They will love bomb you and then slowly wear you down and destroy you (if you let them). And they are more prevalent than people think.
