1	Own Your Shit Weekly - June 22, 2021 I see your point, but I really did put on 25 lbs (then cut ~5lbs to where I am today) in the past 2 years while decreasing body fat %. I have dexa scan results to prove it. I was 145 lbs and could barely bench the bar two years ago. As many before have said, you can't be 100% red pilled in an LTR, but I don't think that means you will fit into the 3 boxes you outlined. 1	Why are so many young men acting asexual? It’s gotta be a lack of positive masculine role models.
