I'm a Christian. Most of the stuff here is absolute gold, and pretty in line with traditional teachings, and it all works, save the constant casual sex. The biggest thing is constant self improvement, which falls in line with Colossians 3:23 "in everything you do, work heartily, as though for the Lord and not for man".
