2	Mandatory Paternity Tests I agree with most of what your saying, except this, “I believe a paternity test should be legally MANDATORY before any father is allowed to be put on the birth certificate.” I understand the sentiment, and I would support a law that give all men the legal right to have a paternity test, but I am against the idea of a mandatory test law.
