Im surprised ( but shouldn’t be) by how many people are putting this on you & making it seem like you’re just sensitive instead of highlighting how as someone who is BRAND NEW to oral sex didn’t know what to do…. That’s like saying water is wet. Def look @ tutorials but even then the truth is different things feel different depending on the person. If he wants a good bj- he should like idk speak up??? He sounds young and not kind tbh but I don’t know him personally

I think most like than not they lie to themselves for self soothing reasons and also ignorance is bliss. Do I think NO man can be like that no but it’s a way smaller percentage. I get that women like to tell themselves that especially when you’ve dealt with men with a wandering eye or have one. I have and the insecurities I’ve developed since then are pretty scarring im not gonna lie. I also haven’t been with a man since bc I don’t really know if I could have much peace having to constantly figh…

I wish didn’t have to take him looking at other women naked women at your discomfort for your relationship to evolve like this but I hope he appreciates your effort and that you also feel empowered vs just doing it so he doesn’t look at people online 🩷

I see someone who is only in it when things are easy- I will say no one has to stay together with you if they don’t want to. But before I left my partner bc of a superficial I would have a conversation with them. Also try and support them to do better. He could have signed up for the gym with you and made it an activity you both did. He could have motivated you and said listen I’m scared about your health. I love you, please help her yourself and let met help you too. He didn’t even give you a c…

If the shoe was on the other foot I’d dare say he would breakup with you bc you have mismatched libidos. I think women already have been taught to repress and withhold their desire do you really wanna be in a relationship where you have to do that to. You’re in a committed relationship and honestly it’s to enjoy each other. Idk life’s too short to have to live like that in my opinion and if you were a man, you’d def be given the advice of finding someone who can satisfy you

I know people are telling you to trust him but tbh men lie…. like a lot. I’ve been in similar situations and if I can go back I say use discernment. I think people who aren’t good for you give you long standing, anxiety vs you get anxious for a moment.

It’s so interesting reading these entries as the single friend- and then purposefully not telling my friends about a guy who ended up cheating on me w/ 3 diff women. While I do think some women unconsciously sabotage bc jealousy truly is the ugliest color, I WISH I would have told at least one women (my very best friend) what my relationship was like so she could have knocked some sense into me…. I would practice discernment before being completely paranoid of all women. Love makes you blind, I’…

You deserve your needs met. Your husband physical needs don’t trump your emotional ones. Thinking like this will just create resentment; idk why people say go to your friends for emotional matters. The relationship isn’t the same. You should look for common ground instead of putting yourself last

He might but then again does he have an account of his own….. I feel like when OF is brought up the topic heavily focuses on the women who’d participate in it but not about the men who purchase things like that. If he did/ does I wouldn’t be so bent up about it…. You dodged a hypocrite

The number of subscribers these men have begs to differ on how “ small” the subset is…. Also, these are guys as young as teens believing this garbage…… They’re influencing all age groups

No it’s sad- we live in an Andrew Tate, Fresh n fit, etc society that’s screaming these type of ideologies and have brainwashed so many men that they have all these think pieces on twitter etc regurgitating this crap. It’s on the men and women who have internalized misogyny and spew that crap.

I think it ranges on the dynamic of peoples relationships. I don’t think all of them are like that

I love reading stuff like this so when I get attacked for saying I’m holding off on marriage and kids I know I’m not crazy… imagine sacrificing your physical/ mental health to give a man 4 children and this is the way he choices to speak to you after everything…. Couldn’t be me. OP you’re not crazy or emotional. You’re husband just shows you that he takes your for granted

So if you heard your partner say this is in confidence to a friend would you feel great about it? I feel like yeah it’s to be assumed that just bc you’re with a partner doesn’t mean you are dead and not aware of other women, however, if it’s me about to be MARRIED ( like I bigger commitment than just bf & gf) and I’m seriously saying this to a friend that’s a red flag to me. It would be different if this a fleeting thought in my head but…. Idk vocalizing it out loud & theorizing it over is diffe…

Honestly, I know women who are raised by single households are looked down upon and often questioned but I know if I ever find someone who wanted to marry me I’d give it everything I’ve got and try to be the best wife I can for them and be what they need in a partner. I really hope life puts in my path a good, honest man who’s patient and kind. I’d love to have a family and build a foundation with someone. It’s nice to know others who didn’t have the best of examples, still manage to find happin…

Yeah, emphasis on GOOD marriage. No one in my family had that as an example and it shows. The women were mostly in highly dysfunctional relationships. On the other hand, as being product of a single parent home ( my mom raised my sister and I without any financial help from the person who should have been a father to me) I can tell you I wondered a lot had my mother had assistance how that would have changed my childhood and added to her overall happiness. Now I wouldn’t want her with the man wh…

Though I’m not married, whenever I come across conversations relating to family vs. husband I honestly think it’s a lot more complex. I think if you’ve close with your parents and have a healthy dynamic with them it’s unreasonable and unfair to blindly side with your husband and make him a priority, regardless the circumstance just because he’s your spouse. My mother’s a single mom who sacrificed everything and worked SO hard to raise my sis and I by herself and I could never imagine turning my …

For me, I’m just starting to put myself out there with guys and dating but I love a guy who’s intelligent but not arrogant about it. Someone who is authentic and doesn’t take themselves to seriously. Someone who isn’t quick to judge others
