Whether he was able to carry it or not is in contention. The law states he is okay to do so, depending on hiw it is rrad. It's a bit confusing. You will always have those on the fringes making everything extreme. Cooler head pre ail. Hopefully that is what we have on the jury. This could go either way.

I agree 100%. But many will hold that Gage was justified in being there where Kyle was not. They show themselves to be hypocrites. I was just trying to weed that out of the person I was responding to.
