I think it's pretty clear you don't have kids, so I hope you'll take this politely -- five year old kids are by and large fucking animals. They need socialization, and not all of it can happen at home. Most european countries are pulling kids into creches earlier than that as part of the socialization process.

I would agree if that were made explicit, and I think this is what bothers so many people, but this was not what the kids were told; their own experience was different. I don't agree with most commenters here that a short term limitation is psychologically damaging in this case especially if it's not spelled out. I would agree that being told 'you are bad, too aggressive, I'm taking toys away from you to give to girls who are good' would be total bullshit. But she's just not that way. She loves …

She's rad, I'm glad to be associated with her. Seriously.

I just disagree, I guess. School is full of limitations. Is not reading during math punishment? That class if fucking full of cool toys. It's not like it's jail or lego, and only girls get lego. There's tons of cool shit to do in that class.

You're an idiot, my boys (and girls) kick ass. You should hang out somewhere else on the internet before you ruin your entire life.

This seems a little out of proportion to me, but still sane compared to being called a cuck, so I'll happily tell you my thoughts. Kindergarten is 830 - 2pm five days a week; they often have periods of time where they focus on, say, music, or a cultural project. During those times, no children play with Legos. During the cultural project, no children get to do music. It seems very reactionary and worrisome to me to globalize a short term limitation too much. The logic falls down quickly: you cou…

Hijacking. My son was in this class. I have two boys and two girls. This teacher is seriously the best kindergarten teacher any of my four children had. To this day he will go out of his way to find her room and hug her when he visits the elementary school. I'm a man, and I think most of the comments here are shitposting. Have you ever seen kindergarten kids? If you have and you're not just red pilling it, you will note that it is not uncommon for boys to be more aggressive than girls, and for g…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
