Get a clean neat haircut, try to keep your sideburns long. Grow as much facial hair as you can. Wear collared shirts and shoes/boots more often than a tee shirt and sneakers. Basically dress more mature, ditch the hat, get a watch, etc. Speak with a deep "manly" voice, try not to laugh at every little thing.
