Physical Health Wrecked from Divorce? If you were fasting, for some reason, it tends to bring existing gallbladder issues to light. I can't elaborate on your deficiencies, but my gallbladder really messed me up back in August 2024 when it all came to a head. Had a HIDA scan that showed it was only functioning at 20%. Couldn't eat many things because it would just hurt and sometimes be quite debilitating but not as bad as others have had it. Surgery was laproscopic and I saw a large reduction in pain by day 4-5 from the surgery also. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/06/26 05:57 PM
Well boys I gave it my all in the divorce subreddit today 😂I haven't even been on there in probably 3-4 years. Doesn't sound like I'm missing anything. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/26 01:17 AM
I hate my wife and i cant find any way outSo sorry to hear that you're going through this. Being afraid to speak out of fear that it will lead to another argument is no way to live your life. Regarding the kids, did you guys discuss this before you got married? At this point, I'd be very wary of sex with her in the instance that she could get pregnant and things will be good for a short time, only for them to return to the way they are now. Then you're stuck with child support also. Have you considered a trial separation? May be the tim… | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/04/26 11:46 AM
When does staying above ground for your kid stop being enough?Honestly, having lost my grandfather and the most influential male role model in my life to suicide, I do not want to put my son through that. To you it may make sense, but to your kid, it never will. They'll feel like it's their fault and it will leave a hole in their heart for the rest of their life. Sure, your kid will get on with life and still live it, but it'll always be something they'll never forget. Every Father's Day, every year, it'll be on their mind. When kids and people ask about t… | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/04/26 10:16 AM
Giving up on my kids for everyone's peace?Don't give up on the kids man. Even if it means pulling back on the fight, never stop trying to make the effort to be in their lives. If you do, your manipulative ex will just have more ammunition to use against you, but this time with evidence. Know where your limits are financially, and mentally, but whatever you do just don't abandon them. They need their father and they need to know that you are their safe place. | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/03/26 03:43 PM
Wife of 20 years is uninterested in me.What ways could he go about fixing it when it's been this way for quite a while? Edit: Just clarifying what I was asking because I typed it fast since I'm here at work. Generally when it's been this way for a while, my mind would go to she has checked out emotionally, and there's often no coming back from it, as seen many times in this sub. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/11/25 03:23 PM
Thirteen Years, and a Grief I Didn’t See ComingNot OP but just wanted to say thank you for giving some great points to him in a nice, non "tough love" way while he's struggling. What you outlined for him here, especially with the codependency, are great things that I wish more men could hear when they are first navigating the heartbreak. Thank you again for taking the time to put this here. Have a great day my friend. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/10/25 10:33 AM
Ended it tonight, feel numbBasically you want to feel like she's attracted to you. That she wants to hold your hand. That she wants to kiss you. That she wants you sexually. Like she looks at you like you're a prize. You don't want someone who just looks at you like a roommate or a friend. You want to feel like a prize, and you haven't been. It's difficult to put it into words on the spot, but if you sit and think about it, it'll probably be points similar to what I've listed here give or take a few. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/09/25 02:59 PM
Fears of post divorceTime to focus on rebuilding yourself. Mentally, physically, and in time, emotionally. She is going to be happy with someone else at some point. Could be soon, could be a long time from now. It could also be a short lived thing, or it could be many years long. No one knows. But she will be happy with someone else, and YOU will be also. Remember that you have your own feelings, and you also deserve to be happy. Your life now revolves around you, instead of the two of you. You need to focus on your… | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/09/25 02:37 AM
When does it stop? You miss what you thought you had, and maybe once had. That is long gone, and even if you and the ex did get back together, it will never be the same. At best, it could be a fraction of the same, but what you once had is gone. You are missing the highlight real and what once was, but not what is and would be. That woman thought you weren't good enough, and the only reason she still entertains the thought of you getting back together is because she is not happy herself the way she thought she wou… | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/25 10:53 AM
Sleeping with the enemyA friend of mine split with his ex after he discovered she was cheating on him with a coworker. They lived separately for a month or two, but he had trouble going no contact. Then he was going over and having sex with her weekly. I tried to tell him it wouldn't end well and he was just delaying the inevitable. I had watched how her cheating on him had emotionally destroyed him, and of course it killed me to see it. I knew if he could just take the heartbreak one good time and move on, he'd be al… | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/02/25 11:26 PM
Sildenafil - experience, adviceI was prescribed this for the reynauds syndrome I have with my hands. It caused my throat to feel tight for like 30 minutes after taking and then would go away. As far as effect? 30 minutes seems right. I remember it literally taking nothing at all to get an erection, and was worse than walking around high school with raging testosterone. My favorite part was walking into work feeling like the man lmao. It just gave me this extra feeling of confidence which I assume was due to the increased test… | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/01/25 01:12 AM
I need a pick me up, menWhether it's true or not, do the absolute best you can for your son. Make sure he knows that you love him, that you're proud of him, that you love when he's there, and miss him when he's not. Spend time together, make memories, and bond with him as much as you can. Share wisdom and guidance with him, and raise him the best way you know how. At the end of the day, that is what is in your power. She can brainwash him, run you down to him, and do her best to turn him against you. She may or may not… | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/01/25 12:40 AM
Divorcing a depressed wifeYou can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. She's made it very clear how important you are to her with dodging you for days when you're supposed to be getting together to talk. If she really wanted to see you, better believe she would. What happens now is on her. You've done your fair share of trying at this point. Take your promotion and leave it all in the rear view brother. You have the heck of an opportunity going for you right now, and there's no need to waste it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/10/24 09:49 PM
What advice, quote, lesson or move made you level up the most in life/game?A former coworker told this to me and it was told to him by a fellow Air Force member many years prior. I didn't even think many other people knew the phrase, but I'm glad to know it's out there being told to others. | /r/seduction | 08/06/24 07:24 PM
I get bored on datesMan, you need some hobbies outside of the gym. If something ever happened and you picked up an injury that took you out of the gym, you'd be crushed by the sound of it. I've been there before, and it was a bad time for me. Having other hobbies may help you feel less bored and could open up more conversation topics on dates. It could also open doors to meeting more women. | /r/seduction | 18/03/24 10:28 AM
You look like a fuckboyWhich couple of pieces of jewelry do you recommend? I've been sticking with a watch only, but I'm curious what else others are wearing. | /r/seduction | 01/02/24 02:09 AM
How do you get to Sleep with Unrealistic Hot Women? You have my sincerest condolences, friend. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. | /r/seduction | 15/08/23 04:07 PM
I honestly believe this is why the majority of us feel shy around womenI could see that at times, but perhaps you didn't make it far enough to see the other topics discussed. I'm not saying every single thing there pertained to me, but the pro's definitely outweighed the con's. | /r/seduction | 14/06/23 09:27 PM
I honestly believe this is why the majority of us feel shy around womenIt made a substantial impact, yes. Not just toward women, though, but also in how I view my self-worth and not being as much of a door mat to people like I used to be (I struggled a lot with people pleasing). | /r/seduction | 11/06/23 11:41 AM
I honestly believe this is why the majority of us feel shy around womenI have this one on my wish list, but haven't purchased it yet. No More Mr. Nice Guy helped me a lot. Would this still be a good read for me? | /r/seduction | 10/06/23 01:00 PM
I honestly believe this is why the majority of us feel shy around womenThe book No More Mr. Nice Guy opened my eyes to this more than anything else. It helped me look more inwardly for validation than to external validation. | /r/seduction | 10/06/23 12:59 PM
I still live at home, does that turn girls off?Gosh almighty I remember those days in my early 20's. I used to either utilize the car, or plan around the parents being home for any physical time. At the time, I was an assistant manager at a retail store and my schedule was a bit more flexible than the parent's typical 8-5. | /r/seduction | 16/07/22 12:32 AM
Went to the beach alone. I’m tired of doing things alone.Do you have friends that you could invite? Male or female? If not, maybe you could get involved in a club where you do things you enjoy. Meet some people with common interests. Invite them to go places with you so you don't feel so alone. There could be the potential to meet friends of friends or it may not feel so intimidating to cold approach if you have some friends to migrate back to if things don't go well. Just some thoughts. I do agree that going out of your way to have more conversations… | /r/seduction | 04/07/22 01:41 PM
Why do some guys (like me) think that girls will like them if they are NICE?How did you get to that mindset? Have you always felt that way, or did you just eventually grow to adopt this way of thinking? | /r/seduction | 04/05/22 09:03 PM
Why do some guys (like me) think that girls will like them if they are NICE?And being sexually attractive makes a big difference. What's the general advice on this? Workout, wear well fitting clothes, have decently maintained hair that suits your face? | /r/seduction | 04/05/22 08:49 PM
As a male, you MUST move outBut until then, save all that you can because you'll never have a better opportunity to save money with expenses as low as it is when you live at home with your parents. | /r/seduction | 16/01/22 01:53 PM
How to hook up via dating appsBack around 7-8 years ago when that was my thing, I was up front with the girls that I wasn't looking for anything serious. I let them know I just wanted to go out and have a good time and have someone to do those things with. I think I even made it known I was looking for a FWB with one or two and we made it happen for a short period of time. | /r/seduction | 15/01/22 01:00 AM
[deleted by user]Proceed with caution. Just because she's recently single doesn't mean the ex wouldn't cause trouble for you when he finds out she's with someone else very shortly after. If you want the trouble, go right ahead, but my advice is be cautious, especially right off the bat. | /r/seduction | 06/11/21 12:53 PM
Why do women fall for me romantically, but not sexually, despite them finding me physically attractive? At what point is needing reassurance ok? I mean I think everyone occasionally just needs to be reminded that they're wanted and they matter, especially when life throws you a curve ball... | /r/seduction | 08/08/21 11:29 AM
I keep accidentally friendzoning girls and I don't know how to stop? How do you avoid talking to them about their problems? | /r/seduction | 08/05/21 12:45 PM
How to Handle “What are We?” / “Where are We Going?”Came here to comment this. I had better success saying what I was looking for rather than beating around the bush or trying to play the dating game for awhile. | /r/seduction | 04/08/20 05:08 PM
Do NOT waste time getting girls on social mediaAnd to add to this, especially on Instagram, a lot of interests you may gather don't always live near you. Unless you're willing to travel for something that may or not be great, its not worth it. | /r/seduction | 06/06/20 11:57 AM
I want to get fit to attract women but I also don't.I just want to add to this, pick something you actually enjoy doing. Don't just go to the gym and lift weights if you hate it. Try bodyweight exercises and see if you like them. If you don't, maybe look into rock climbing or swimming. You're not going to pursue it if you hate it and it will fizzle out leaving you at the point you are now. | /r/seduction | 31/05/20 12:28 PM
What self improvements you doing during quarantine?Giving me ideas. I don't even really know much about coding but I'm interested in checking it out. | /r/seduction | 23/04/20 01:46 AM
This movie will get you LAIDAnd here I was thinking 3 weeks+ was bad.... I feel like I'd be humping a lamppost by 6 months. | /r/seduction | 11/04/20 03:15 PM
