You've clearly not researched it then. In America circumcision wasn't common outside of Judaism until around the 1930's. Hardly an ancient tradition within western culture. I presume they where just trying to get at the fact that some woman hold privilege just as some men do. Affluent white women have more privilege than black slave men. This simply shows that the matter of privilege is nowhere near as one dimensional as some would like to make out. It's not simply a matter of sex but in-fact a far more complex issue.
