In my last few jobs covering about 10 years, the sexual harassment policy boils down to if a person feels like they have been harassed, then they have. Your intent, words, and actions are irrelevant. Best to avoid female coworkers if that’s the case.

I am faced with this exact situations. I have been naive thinking that I could take her to plate status. She knew me as a beta ATM for too long. It does make sense, though, that an ex that you had strong frame with could be a plate.
