Now everyone is actually free to live how they please. Both men and women work a 40 hrs a week for enough money to live off of. The better the job the more they can save. Also, it incentivizes people to form family units so that they can have two incomes, which allows them both to save half of what they earn.

What are you even talking about? No where in my comment did I say that only men should be working. I described how women joining the workforce has doubled the competition for well paying careers. My solution was for anyone, man or woman, who is working a low paying or minimum wage job to be paid enough for them to live off of that single income.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/23 02:19 PM

Yes it does, if minimum wage jobs had to pay more or if we had socialist policies providing all people with a standard of living. Then both men and women would be financially safeguarded.

In a perfect world anyone who wants to have a career should be able to. However, this world is far from perfect. Feminists and corporations preying on the “sheconomy” have convinced women they should work, and even shame “traditional” women who just want to raise their kids. This has effectively doubled the amount of competition people face for well paying careers. It’s also created a larger divide between the middle and low income classes, which distracts them both from the upper class making b…

You must have only clicked the second link. The first one has about 10 psychological studies linked that show if a person has a longer sexual history then they are more likely to be unfaithful in a committed relationship.

I think a lot of this is less the fact that you’re not attractive and more to do with you having no friends. Plenty of ugly guys have friends and families. As much as “seek help” gets thrown around and might feel disingenuous; if you have literally no one else to talk to I think it’s probably a good call to seek a mental health care professional.

The claim is that both are true. Red pilled and black pilled men believe women will sleep with any man that meets their appearance and/or financial standards. Therefore, they are sluts for certain men while completely disregarding men that don’t fit those standards. While this is true for some women, especially the chronically online and younger women, there are still those who were raised by parents rather than social media and do not operate this way. In practice, this has become women taking …

You’ve got to stop focusing on what women do or think if you ever want one to find you interesting. Some women and men are obsessed with trying to emulate urban culture like you say. But who cares? They’ll grow up eventually, or end up partying their lives away. They don’t affect you at all so why does it matter?

Are you saying that the only reasons women don’t sleep with men is if they are short, broke, or a combination of the two?

It’s possible that sexual failure as a teenager can cause depression, which can lead to lack of motivation and cause men to be perceived as lazy and impotent. For a long time people thought masturbation caused these symptoms, but it was proven wrong. But the most likely and proven reason behind so many men become lazy and impotent is internet porn. This study describes porn and its link to sexual dysfunction(not just ED but low drive and much more) it also describes how scarily addicting it is a…

Sounds pretty cynical and lame to me, but you do you future cat lady.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 10:17 PM

So you recognize that you’re playing your boyfriend, but still think you’re the one being manipulated? You’re using him for companionship and sex now, but already plan to leave him and become a cat lady when he gets to an age you’ve determined to be ugly. This is the same behavior many women deem to be disgusting when coming from men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 09:50 PM

You should probably let your bf know you plan on being a cat lady so he doesn’t keep wasting his time.

The issue is that social media pushing feminist and anti-male propaganda to girls and young women has seemingly convinced a lot of women that men who aren’t in that top 5% of looks are not only ugly but often portray them as though they are evil. I think if we prevented the next generation from accessing social media before they’re 18 then this problem would likely evaporate.

They have a zero tolerance policy for men that are socially awkward but try hitting on them out of the blue. If you struggle with socializing and your first step is trying to approach women, slide in dm’s, or jump on dating apps then you’re going to fail. You need friends and a social circle to be competent and comfortable enough to talk with anyone about whatever topic comes up and then try dating. Having genuine friendships with women is also a serious advantage when trying to date. Getting se…

Regardless of who started the cycle, both men and women would be better off if it ended. There are plenty of “red-pill” subs made by and for women. The primary one was FDS but TwoX and ask feminists have become just as hateful towards men as trp was towards women.

The red pill dating strategies weren’t invented by the red pill. They are just typical old dating strategies explained through a cynical lens. Basically, red pillers seem to believe becoming the best version of themselves will get them laid and possibly a transactional/traditional marriage. On the other hand, blue pillers believe becoming the best version of themselves and loving themselves will get them laid and hopefully a marriage based on love. The goal is the same for both groups. Generations of men being violent towards women has caused women to teach girls that strange men are dangerous. Hell, I’m sure as a man you stay aware of your surroundings because you know that strange men can be dangerous to you as well. Now imagine that you’re a woman and strange men approach and ask you out, it would probably be pretty scary right? Internet porn and social media have conditioned men to find practically any and all women attractive, and crave sex. On the other hand, these have conditioned women to find only men that fit a certain mold attractive, and crave attention. Not only has this caused people to be more single than ever but they’re more mentally unwell than ever too. I think there are three likely ways forward. Psychologists and sociologists will convince the government to put more strict regulations on these types of…

I think most men that you find “repulsive” are ugly to pretty much every other woman as well. Do you expect them to just go die in a hole by themselves or do you think they’ll try to get some form of a relationship anyways? It seems like you are not very empathetic if you can’t understand why ugly men still want to find love. Try imagining what your life would be like if you were ugly and no one wanted to have sex with you and all men found you repulsive. Better yet try imagining yourself as an …

I think the context of how you’re asking will be important. Are you talking about posting on Reddit and asking where you can find virgin women? Because a lot of people on Reddit buy into the social media trend that making others angry=funny (rage bait) so you’re very unlikely to get genuine help here. If you actually ask women you’re friends with irl, they’ll probably tell you about one of their friends or acquaintances with very little experience and may even help you set up a blind date. If yo…

It doesn’t matter who started it. Women use the term as an insult to shame men, in what way is that not equivalent to men who use the term slut as an insult to shame women? Here is a link to a survey from 2018 in which 64,000 women answered questions about their preferences in a partner. 59% of those women said that high sexual experience was desired. https://assets.ctfassets.net/juauvlea4rbf/1kmtOU2RRXrAB9Jz1JRmwe/20ee3375a5ba9f2d31fcbf9fb5a2e541/191105_Ideal_partner_survey.pdf

The term incel is used by women to insult men who can’t get laid in the exact way terms like slut and hoe are used by men to insult women. How is that not shaming men who are virgins/can’t get a gf? You’re right, men who are players don’t receive direct praise because they are “players”. However, women often say they want a man with more sexual experience than them. The only way to get more experience is to sleep around, aka be a player.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:54 AM

Don’t women use the exact same double standards just in reverse by praising players and shaming virgins? I think slut shaming and virgin shaming is done by vocal minorities. Most people simply look for a partner with similar experience and don’t care who other people sleep with. Both men and women have double standards, might as well get used to it.

“The grass is always greener on the other side”is a saying for good reason. Everyone has problems that matter to them. What point are you trying to make? That women have unrealistic expectations?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 02:26 PM
-2

How do you know what women are or are not attracted to? The only reference men have is how women behave. The fact that they’ve been having sex with men who you think are “sexually beneath” them for all of history means women are at least capable of arousal from men who are “beneath” them. Why are you putting women onto this pedestal? This entire post just shows your own anger and resentment towards women.
/r/AllPillDebate22/09/23 03:42 PM
-3

Just like men can become sexually aroused by practically any woman, women also can become sexually aroused by most men. Men dating/married to women who are “out of their league” but have healthy relationships are proof of that. Women are simply much more ashamed of this fact than men are so they don’t openly admit it, and some probably don’t even admit it to themselves.

“The bar is low” refers to men’s behaviors. It’s saying all men need to do is be polite, groomed, and sociable to get a woman’s interest. Depending on your physical appearance, it might not be the woman you’re hoping for, but A woman will probably be interested if you behave in a way that meets “the bar”.

How tf people don’t realize men and women do the exact same shit is crazy to me. All the dudes complaining about high body count women would be fucking around too if they could. All the women complaining about no decent men would be pumping and dumping too if they could. Both overrate themselves. Both tend to believe they’re better than the opposite gender. Both are just a bunch of dumbasses.

Have you actually tried the “basic stuff”? It does not matter if there’s no guarantee of getting a girlfriend, you should be doing those things for your own well being. The reason people often suggest these things to lonely men is because when you exercise, have hobbies, and have a healthy social life you’re more likely to organically meet a woman that will be interested in you.

I’m telling you why men will fuck anything and why women won’t fuck anyone. Its because their perception of options for partners is skewed by social media and porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 09:37 PM
3

If by “biology” you’re referring to women finding certain physical aspects of men attractive then you’re missing a crucial part of that same biological function. Women and men both are attracted to the best option available. What determines the best option is subjective but often influenced by what role models and peers think is the best option. Historically this is the most attractive people in their town, at their school, at work, etc. From my observations, technology has counteracted this par…

If we’re thinking of the same study, the male loneliness article that I saw was mostly about young men not having any friendships. I believe the statistic was that 1 in 5 men have no one they consider a close friend/confidant. They brought up the rates of men and women being single as well, but I believe they were similar percentages. It wasn’t about guilt tripping men to marry anyone; it is was trying to encourage men to get out of the house.

If you don’t think it’s good for anyone to be sleeping around then why are you only calling out women in this post? If you changed it to most people would be resentful and disgusted by their partners sexual history you’d be correct. It doesn’t matter that women prefer experienced men, the majority would still become insecure and upset by watching or hearing about their partners sexual history.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 05:00 PM
1

Do you think women would enjoy a written or visual history of their partners past sexual experiences? This is obviously something that would make anyone uncomfortable. How do you not see the double standard you’re trying to impose on women by calling it “normal” for guys to sleep around but women that do are hoes. Anyone given the opportunity to sleep with someone they think is attractive, without foreseeable consequences, would probably do it in a heart beat. Men complain about the double stand…

That certainly could be a main reason as to why many women won’t date less successful men. I think both genders ar equally likely to have insecurities though. You and your friends all make 100k+? Can I ask what field of work your in? I might need to switch it up lol

It’s hard to say that high earning women aren’t finding men because men are too insecure when 1/5 women refuse to date men that earn less than them: https://www.marketwatch.com/amp/story/many-women-say-they-wont-date-a-man-over-this-one-financial-issue-2017-04-07 I’m sure there are still men who would be insecure not being the bread winner. However, women seem equally insecure about being perceived as “dating down”.

Imo it all boils down to online dating. Men that don’t get dates or matches think that means they’ll never get a girlfriend. Even though there’s only a tiny population of women on those apps compared to the amount of men. A quick google search will show you that only 14% of tinder users are women, so it makes perfect sense for those women to only go after the most attractive men on the app. In the real world there are plenty of fish.

Men and women are much more similar in the way they think than most people seem to believe. We are just put into different situations causing us to think different things depending on the situation. The dating example is a great way to see this. Men are expected to initiate relationships and then provide and protect while in the relationship. On the other hand, women are expected to vet men who initiate and then provide emotional support and home caring while in a relationship. Both men and wome…

I’m glad you’re not chasing anyone. I think that’s a pretty unhealthy way to try and get affection. However, not chasing and not putting in effort are two different things. I don’t think a woman approaching a man and asking for his number is “chasing”, most men would be pleasantly surprised by this forwardness. The statement is false. Yes, some men will not pick a woman even if she work’s extremely hard for his attention. Just like some women will not pick a man even if he works extremely hard for her attention. Sadly, masculinity and “toxic masculinity” have basically become interchangeable to many women. That being said, there’s no need for men to behave in a way that’s actually toxic to the people around them. Toxic behavior would be having a short temper, becoming physically aggressive when upset, having an inability to take criticism, etc. This is not masculine, it’s just toxic, and both men and women behave this way. You seem quite out of touch with modern dating. There are essentially three typical avenues of it. OLD (useless for meaningful relationships imo), social environments like clubs and bars (most adults are familiar with this, try to chat someone up and see where it goes, very hit or miss) and finally utilizing your personal relationships to get an introduction to someone who is a friend of a friend (what worked best for me personally). The term itself describes a leader of some sort. It originated from the belief that wolf packs have an alpha wolf that leads the pack. Where this term has completely lost any real meaning is from the redpill sentiments of people being born alpha or beta. The only men who have negative feelings about women being employed are the men who believe that the only thing they can provide a woman with in order for them to be seen as desirable is financial security. To these men, women being able to provide for themselves makes them obsolete in dating. Because men have been raised and conditioned to treat all women with a certain level of respect. It’s this respect not being reciprocated which leads to so many men that fail at dating to resent women. The majority of the “lowering their standards” complaints are directed towards online dating standards. Women have the privilege to be overly selective when using dating apps, and with the growing loneliness of single men it feels to many of them like online dating is the only way to date. This has created an idea in lonely men that all women are incredibly picky. Even though, there are very few women that actually use dating apps compared to the amount of men. People seem to forget the whole “red pill” thing originated from the matrix when neo takes the red pill and is woken up and brought out of the matrix. The idea behind these red pill philosophies is that there is some form of “the matrix” that people are blinded to in todays society, and if you follow those “rp” ideas you can break out of the matrix and live a real life. On the other hand, there aren’t really any “blue pill” philosophies, it’s more so that if you don’t take the red pill you autom…

I think the motivations behind most motivations inevitably leads to getting laid. Wanting to work hard on your body for your health or because it’s how you clear your head, while probably true, there is also an underlying motivation that being more fit makes you more sexually attractive. Wanting to work hard in your career to have larger savings and be able to afford a better lifestyle, while probably true, also has an underlying motivation to be able to provide for a partner/family which is con…

I do find it strange how as a society we have started talking a lot more about mental health and the things that can affect it, but there is very little discourse about how a lack of sex can have a significant negative impact on men’s mental health. Men who have frequent sex then lose their ability to have it for whatever reason often become manic in their search for a new partner. Men who don’t or rarely have sex and are convinced or conditioned to believe they never will become depressed. It’s…

Some of your points about sex workers objectifying themselves are valid, but you seem to be conflating sexualization with objectification. A woman wearing make up and dressing sexy with a hope of finding a guy she likes to hook up with is not objectifying themselves it’s sexualizing themselves. I think you’ve equated the two in your head and this post makes it seem like you see women having sex at all as them becoming a sex object for their partner.

Nope. I no longer even entertain the idea of dating women who think video games are “nerdy” or would look down on me for enjoying them. My most successful relationship was with a woman who enjoyed playing video games too and some of our best times were when we played together. It’s not gaming that’s the problem. It’s that a lot of men’s interests are nearly all about video games or similar things like anime and comics. While, a lot of women’s interests are about reality tv shows, tik tok, fashio…

The concept of marriage may not benefit YOU but the stability and connection that a marriage built on love offers has enough benefit for most men. There are plenty of men who would prefer a deep emotional connection with one partner to build a family with, rather than multiple partners or an open relationship. You act as though all men have the exact wants and desires you do. Creating a family in a safe and stable environment is very important to a lot of people.

I and probably most men would see this as a red flag if we knew that the woman saying she doesn’t want to be physical until she’s in a serious relationship has previously been quick to get in bed with other guys. I see a lot of the men commenting think a woman doing this is being malicious, like she is doing it to start the relationship off in a way that she is in complete control of the sex life which usually leads to her using sex as a weapon to get what she wants. While the women replying mos…

So a lot of the comments seem to basically be asking what’s the problem? Since the OP is using language that makes it seem he’s mostly upset that women he thinks are attractive don’t think he’s good enough and women he thinks to be less attractive than himself also don’t think he’s good enough, then A+B= he’s the problem. While in many cases this may be true, I think that the actual problem the OP is getting at is that for some reason it seems the majority of men are attracted to the majority of…

I think the men you’re talking about that got upset about this are not upset about her being a good wife, instead they are upset that it’s possible a woman could take half of a man’s worth from divorce at all. And many of them probably also have had to pay a crazy amount to their exes. A lot of men think child support is the only kind of financial aid men should provide in a divorce. These are two separate issues imo.

It’s not a lie to not bring up your sexual history when you immediately meet someone. If you are actually going on a date to get to know someone better then it’s usually not a first date topic. After a while, if you have a good connection it will definitely come up but just because you have a red flag of little experience doesn’t mean your green flags won’t outweigh this issue. Everyone has red flags to someone and someone else might even think those red flags are green ones. Sure, there are som…

I think it’s tough to look at dating from a macro perspective and really give actionable advice to any individual. However, the overall point that if around 80% of women are truly only attracted to around 15% of men then there is a societal issue would be valid if true. This often seems like the case, especially anywhere you would look online, but who/what women find attractive is far more fickle and a far lower bar than most people make it out to be. I think in isolated settings most women are …

This topic has just gotten annoying at this point. Like if I’ve had sex with 1 woman 1000 times I have the same experience at sex as someone whose slept with 1000 women once. The difference is the “pick up” skills and knowing a specific woman’s body compared to knowing how to find any woman’s spots. When this topic comes up so does this example and a lot of the time most people will think it makes sense, until you turn it around and make the example from a woman’s perspective. Of course, most wo…

Most independent women would rather be alone than settle for a man who she doesn’t think is equal to her in either looks or career/finances, most of the time in both. I hope I meet the exception to the rule though I’d love to be a house husband lol

This is only true for men who are just looking for casual relationships and are also ass holes. You might have an idea or belief that you don’t want a monogamous relationship and only want to use as many women as you can for sex. I can even understand how you might come to this kind of decision, however, trying to assert that women should just instantly sleep with men they are hoping to date and if she’s “lucky” he’ll think fuck it she’s good enough and might stay with her, is absurd. No woman w…

This was a great comment. I believe social medias have had this effect of showing people what others have and making them feel like they aren’t as good as someone else if they can’t get that too. It supersedes just the dating world but in this context I think it’s important. So, imo when female insta models, YouTubers, tik tokers, etc… post about bouncing between casual relationships before the “perfect” guy bc her boyfriend, or males posting about “collaborating” with as many only fans models a…

The higher testosterone makes men more consistently horny than women. So depending on the man and circumstances most men would be willing to sleep with most women. Idk the thought processes behind general women’s sex life; but from my experiences with the women, i would say it seems like physical attraction gets them flirty/talkative and making an emotional connection gets them horny. Of course there’s plenty of exceptions to the rule and usually tall ripped guys are that exception. But for the …

I think you’re confusing the “neck beard” term for something else lol I’ve always understood it to mean depressed single men who isolate themselves and stop caring about things like appearance, hygiene, cleaning, etc. I think sexual predators and pedophiles are a very different thing.

I mean isn’t this how it’s always been? Men try everything they can to make as much money as they can to attempt to convince the hottest woman they can to have sex with them for the rest of their lives. Who the fucks gonna wanna marry someone who lives with their mom. I mean it would be a nice thing to do and my mother is a lovely woman but that’s a different discussion all together.

This scenario is based off of an absurd reaction by the man in this situation. I have been in a similar situation and so have many of my friends. Not once have I had or heard any stories of someone getting unreasonably angry at a girl for turning him down in this way. A level headed man would simply acknowledge that she feels uncomfortable having sex at the time and make the decision to either give her more time or stop seeing her. Also I would assume all men realize that practically all women h…

I don’t think this belongs here I think the dude just has money to blow and decided to be nice. Maybe she reminded him of his daughter or something. If he had stuck around or left his number then maybe but he just left and she never even saw him sounds like a good dude to me.
