Frustrating she thought she could assault him with zero repercussions.

I mean I guess that's setting boundaries, but gah I hate the term triggered.

If getting disbarred and not being held civilly or criminally liable is wrecked, sure.

As someone said before, if they go past ignorance into extreme negligence / outright lying sure. The Duke Lacross case comes to mind.

In theory, that's for the kid, not for the woman.

The argument, from what I can tell, is you need a fundamental belief in your life. Nihilism has become pervasive in today's society, hell it's the main focus of Rick and Morty, so if you believe nothing matters, it doesn't matter how much grit you have in life it'll just get to be too much. Believe in something, even if it is just a set of rules, and turn yourself over to it.

Honestly I'd check out some therapy. I couldn't imagine both my sister and my mom siding against me, and that's gotta leave some scars. Stories like this are why I only use my condoms. Even if they are supposedly allergic to anything but goat skin, I'd go out and buy some before I used hers.

This exactly. I used to think the RP was full of Nice Guys and men who only felt the need to attack women. Are there some of those? Yes. There's also a huge amount of start lifting, eating right, and actually treat women like human beings instead of these gods put on pedestals. I hate when people generalize an entire group based on the outliers, I know I'm capable of reading points of view and rejecting them when I disagree.

I made some aggressive changes in my life, setting some hard boundaries and really letting up on the perfectionism to say the most witty thing ever for every conversation with a chick. I said something I thought was funny, and this one woman was just not buying what I was selling and I flamed out. It happens, my life didn't end, and I didn't even fret over it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
