| 1 | How many of you men here are actually In shape?Late to the party but I think I'm in pretty decent shape (5'9", 155lbs, 8-9%bf), considering I workout 6-7 days/week. I don't think I'm near physique competition level but ppl will regularly come up to me at the gym to comment about my vascularity/physique or ask for general advice. | 1 | Most men present themselves poorly in public.I can only speak from my experience but I'd disagree. I've definitely had better interactions with women based on whether or not I put more of an effort in how I dressed.
