VICE article on Gamers: Propaganda! It was my understanding that a certain amount of that is okay as long as it wasn't commercial and you were posting other good links, which I try to do. I chafe a bit wanting to comment on the links more... I'll ask them nicely to let me back in and I'll make it only one in ten or so. The AVfM people have run some of my work but I can't send them everything... | /r/MensRights | 08/09/14 11:37 PM
VICE article on Gamers: Propaganda!I've written to the admins expressing puzzlement. I just noticed that the VICE headline was written to be as incendiary as possible, so maybe that's that did it. The posting was as an example of propaganda, and the headline was designed as clickbait for VICE, which is part of my point. Too meta? | /r/MensRights | 08/09/14 10:54 PM
Modern Feminism's Clash With Men's Right's: History of Freedom of ThoughtIf the only way to prevent my starvation is to enter a contract, that contract is not voluntary, and its coercive enforcement by government is legalized extortion. That would certainly be a bad situation to be in. Is that ever the case in a modern Western country? Virtually everyone has to sell their services to someone to do well, while mere survival is accomplished by becoming a ward of the state -- get jailed or get social services. A hypothetical that doesn't exist in the real world is of no… | /r/MensRights | 19/08/14 07:29 AM
Evolve or Die: Survival Value of the Feminine ImperativeI'll look her up. So far I've found this interesting paper: http://www.unl.edu/rhames/courses/current/readings/campbell.pdf | /r/TheRedPill | 13/08/14 11:36 PM
"Sentimental Feminism" BS Goes Back to Pre-1900, Equality Except Treat Me Special 'Cuz I Have a VaginaQuite right. The oppression was excused as necessary for group survival but conditions under which it was helpful had long since passed. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/08/14 10:39 PM
"Sentimental Feminism" BS Goes Back to Pre-1900, Equality Except Treat Me Special 'Cuz I Have a VaginaThat's exactly the point. Early feminism had many real injustices to point to to gain political favor from fair-minded people. But even then the special-pleaders were there, and the close-minded grievance bubble of modern feminism is what you have left when most of the real injustice has been addressed. Thus many women who think for themselves and value a future for men, women, and families have started to distance themselves from it. The more people understand this, the better off we all will b… | /r/TheRedPill | 12/08/14 08:06 PM

Red Pill Women - #womenagainstfeminism and the Politics of Grievance BubblesEvery movement has to be reported and interpreted to outsiders for it to gain traction and have any effect in the real world. Some will just be reporting as a business, but some will actually care about the issues and do their best to explain them to people who've never heard of them. In the process, the reporters always miss nuances and simplify the message, but the better ones assist in gaining public support. There are very few media voices countering the extreme feminist Conventional Wisdom;… | /r/TheRedPill | 06/08/14 08:38 PM
You guys lift for fat loss?Sexual Market Value, a Red Pill glossary term -- if you're at a meat market singles bar, how many people think you're attractive? The Conventional Wisdom for years was exactly wrong. There are still lots of false memes around, like "meat is unhealthy," "vegans are healthier," "GMOs are bad for you," "organic food is best." Quality protein and healthy fats are the most important components of a good diet, so it's hard to forswear all meat and still give your body the protein components it needs. … | /r/TheRedPill | 03/08/14 07:27 PM
You guys lift for fat loss?I don't count (I am close to ideal body fat, c. 8%), I just hold down portion sizes of the high-glycemic-index carbs that cause blood sugar pulses and thus increase fat deposition. Corn is middling-to-low on that scale -- but large portions are not helpful. It's used to fatten animals for a reason. So if you're trying to reduce body fat, carb counting could certainly help. Glycemic Index -- see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycemic_index for guidelines. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/08/14 07:21 PM
You guys lift for fat loss?As others say here, none of this is a secret. Only intense, short cardio builds muscle and gets you lean and defined. I ran long distances for a decade and still had a spare tire because I thought things like oatmeal and bread were healthy. Cut the carbs way down, avoid sugars and starches -- tiny portions of potatoes, rice, fruit juices, sugar sodas, if any. Look at sprinters. Look at the many, many people on those cardio machines who spend an hour sweating and still look like lumps. Lifting is… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/08/14 06:01 PM
Fragile Vagina Syndrome: Neo-Puritan Antisex PropagandaShe's referring to the feminism of 1900-1920, which had some real injustices to address. But like most social movements, long after those were addressed it morphed into a continuous demand for More. She is trying to point out the totalitarian and anti-male (and ultimately anti-family and anti-future) strains in modern feminism. In other words, she's on the right side, so the fact she isn't conforming precisely to your preferred view shouldn't be such a problem. Ultimately women themselves have t… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/07/14 06:43 PM
Fragile Vagina Syndrome: Neo-Puritan Antisex PropagandaI don't disagree with you. But under the modern feminist desire to control male sexuality lurks a desire to control all sexuality they don't want for themselves, including other womens'. Including even their own, when they are drunk and get in too far with a guy they wouldn't have bothered with when sober. Blame must be shifted to the male, or sluts, or something. The source of all Evil is someone other than their delicate, innocent selves. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/07/14 06:34 PM
The Rational Male: Case Study — Low ExpectationsAnd again, the Roissy / Heartist Prime Directive of Feminism: The goal of feminism is to remove all constraints on female sexuality >while maximally restricting male sexuality Modern feminism, which has become a cult demanding special treatment and demonizing masculine virtues. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/07/14 06:37 PM
New Law: Government Guardian Appointed for Every Child (Scotland, so far!)Well-meaning but impractical and intrusive. We'll see if it survives in Scotland -- expect the idea to be floated elsewhere. | /r/MensRights | 30/06/14 09:19 PM
New Law: Government Guardian Appointed for Every Child (Scotland, so far!)The men's rights movement is partly about reclaiming father's rights. This is an effort to further take control from dads and have the state decide how to raise children. | /r/MensRights | 30/06/14 09:18 PM
Evolutionary Psychology Behind Girls with Daddy IssuesIt's pretty clear that women seek resource providers, and that normally they expect their family and then their husband to provide (with some of that expectation transferred to Daddy Government lately.) Your theory is plausible. Here's some research on the topic which isn't directly en pointe but close: http://jebkinnison.com/2014/06/12/ev-psych-parental-preferences-in-partners/ | /r/TheRedPill | 19/06/14 06:41 PM
Pyschology Today Addresses Alpha-fucks, Beta-bucks in an article aimed at women...My comments on it were lengthy and had to be interleaved to make sense. I'm sorry some people think that's clickbait. Original commentary is apparently not wanted by those people. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/06/14 07:07 AM
Pyschology Today Addresses Alpha-fucks, Beta-bucks in an article aimed at women...It's very likely the author read up on Red Pill since he hits the points well -- as somebody said, he just uses acceptably distancing academic language to make it an easier red pill to swallow. Which is a good way of getting some balanced views back into the mainstream. Ultimately changes only happen when the mainstream understands what the problem is instead of falling for "rape culture" stories about how all women are victims. Both sexes have agency, and bringing back responsibility and accoun… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/06/14 02:22 AM

SJWs stuff ballot box for science fiction Nebula Awards, women win all categories...I'm exaggerating with the "stuffed." It's actually the result of a long campaign to drive away those who think "incorrectly" leaving the organization that gives out the award with less diversity of thought (which is what science fiction was always good at). No actual shenanigans in the voting are known, but the shenanigans were in removing some of the more broadminded voters. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/05/14 06:17 PM
Divorce in China: Men Keep Their Property. But at least the partition of assets in divorce is on the table before the marriage. In the US, no one tells you that (depending on the state) you are committing to having your assets and possibly a share of your future earnings arbitrarily given to your ex by a court who might be biased. Negotiating about this should be required before marriage, but even the wary with prenups often have them overturned. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/05/14 06:23 PM
