You pretty much eluded to your issue. You went out and talked to other girls, but found none of them attractive. The way to get over a oneitis is bring girls who are MORE attractive than her into your world. Once you start plating and sleeping with better girls, you will have no emotion for her in the future trust me. But you need to put in the work to attract these better women. There's no easy fix.

Have you become complacent ever since you got with your girlfriend? Be honest. Start training harder in the gym, go on a diet, improve your style/grooming and see what she does.

You need to find happiness being alone. Fall off the map on social media, remove her from everything and don't contact her. It's gonna take time dude, hang tough. You won't truly get over her until you actually start plating/dating women who are higher quality than her.

Very true. I've been getting more choosing signals out getting groceries/shopping these past 6 months than I ever have. If her interest is high the risk of the virus is nothing.

Axis is on point with his answer. I wouldn't avoid her objections completely, but remind her that it's not a big deal - you're rarely on your phone and you're busy away from it. She actually sounds extremely clingy, insecure or both.

If she gives you ANYTHING other than her number after you ask for it, she does not have high interest. Similarly, if you ask a chick when she's free to catch up and she gives you anything other than a definite date, same deal. Girls who are keen on you won't waste your time like this girl was. They will open the floodgates and make it easy. Once you understand that 90-95% of the girls you match only want your attention and time, it becomes very easy to filter them out and focus on the ones you c…

It's not that black and white, but in my experience it is rare. I've been using dating apps on and off for the past 6 years and I could count on one hand the girls who had LTR qualities that meshed well with me. High quality girls on there do exist but they don't stick around because they don't have the same ambitions that most women have. Most of the girls on these apps are typical validation seekers, attention whores, have hyper-liberal views or a heightened sense of entitlement. Filter these …

It is great advice. Remember, don't overthink this shit. Your improvements over the last few years will have improved your confidence and that shit is magnetic to women, they can just about smell it.

Yes. I've had this happen with plates before. They started fishing for commitment with me over time, and when I wouldn't give it, they would move on to try the "boyfriend" thing for a while. Problem is, we know these blokes have no idea how to maintain female interest in relationships long term. A number of these girls have come back to me after many months, when the beta starts fucking up and killing her attraction to him.

My lack of confidence as a youngster came from an overwhelming need to hide my insecurities and flaws. I was absolutely terrified that if I expressed myself, people would call me out. Over time, I have worked hard to not give a fuck, rectify my weaknesses and also accept the ones I can't change. 'Real confidence' cannot be faked. I suggest you do some meditation and self reflection on what it is that's holding you back around others.

Don't overcomplicate this shit bro. She is throwing too much bs your way and as a guy who should be on his grind, you have no time for it. As the other guy said, soft next her ass and when (if) she comes back, set things up on your terms or not at all. She needs to know you are willing to walk away and mean it.

She's not that interested my man. I get the feeling this chick is an attention whore and is purely stringing you along for validation. If she was actually keen she would have cleared her schedule for you. My suggestion, ghost her. When she comes back weeks/months in the future, point blank invite her out/over and don't waste any more time.

Something that I've said in the past to respond to that is "....is he hot?" She's either fishing for commitment or trying to ascertain your intentions. The guy is probably real. Either way, it's probably a good thing she is telling you. If a girl doesn't respect you, she isn't telling you shit.

This dude knows. Her response is normally an indicator of her interest in and of itself. Which is why online dating game usually involves a little back and forth banter before you ask her out fairly quickly. You can filter out the high interest ones from the attention/validation chicks pretty easily.

At the end of a date/hookup I'll just tell them to hit me up when they want to catch up again. Normally they'll do so with just a "hi" then it's on me to set it up from there.

All realise it, but in my opinion at differing times. For example, the huge attention whores instathots etc, who have masses of men messaging them, realise it later once the likes and validation start to dry up. Their life of abundance is under threat.

Exes are NEVER as good as we remember. We always view the past through rose coloured glasses and you tend to forget their worst attributes. Besides, if you are improving as a man like you should be, if you two would have reconciled I can almost guarantee you'd have outgrown her. Women tend to stall and stagnate, they have no reason to improve given they have lines of men waiting to get in relationships with them. This is why exes come back to so many dudes on this sub, as these blokes are on the…

Can personally attest to this. Especially relevant at the moment as girls want comfort and attention while they can't go out.

You can't. You will realise the hard way that some (all) people would rather live in fairytale ignorance and have to get personally fucked over to learn. All you can do is be there to support him when it all goes to shit.

If it's contrived, forced or not sincere women will pick up on that shit man. Perhaps you need to take time away and work on yourself and your purpose. Why would a chick want to be with you if you don't?

Exactly right man. It's weird how it works, you need to put the energy and traits out there that you want to attract. My suggestion, like one of the other guys said, is to not worry too much about it. Just go out there, bring a positive vibe, spin plates and eventually ones who have the values you want will come into your space.

She's not into you bro. Wants you attention and orbit status only. But she was STILL offended you left after she said LJBF. Women are insecure and take any form of rejection as death. Cut her out of your life asap

If I were you I'd get in the habit of vetting these girls sooner. What an absolute nutcase. Tell her you're calling the cops and block her on everything.

4 months is nothing man, it's not like you suddenly forget this stuff. Reality is she has likely gone downhill, whilst you (if you're doing everything right) have been improving in quarantine. Stay in the mindset of her needing to prove herself to YOU and you'll be fine.

This. Take this advice. There's definitely another dude in the frame, once she gets bored with him she might hit you up. At that point, it happens your way or no way.

She wants your attention dude. Anything less than a "yes" to you askin her to come over, just leave it.

+1 for Tinder, back when it first kicked off properly in 2014. Now it's all about women hunting for orbiters and attention. If you stand out from the crowd on there though you'll still do well.

4 years is pretty crazy. What happened? Did you keep it movin or pick up with her where you left off?

More common than you think man, but still sorta rare. I find after the good bond with dad/family still together, the other things tend to flow from that.

She's getting insecure because she knows once you start lifting and looking better, you'll become more desireable and she's fearful of losing you. Same thing is happening to my buddy, his gf doesn't want him to lose weight because she "likes him thick". Shrug it off and push through amigo

I think you're taking the no compliments/validation mantra too literally. Why these guys say that is because blokes seem to worship the ground women walk on and shower them in undue compliments to get in their pants. You want to compliment if it's genuinely earned. This is the best approach with anyone if you want their respect, woman or not.

Read. Plenty of the best books on earth can be had for a dollar at 2nd hand bookshops bro. I try and get in 30-60 minutes reading a day, does wonders for mental health away from screens and other distractions.

Don't overthink this stuff too much man. Lots of debate over whether you should delete, block, leave etc. Personally I delete, and when they do reach out, everything from there on out is at your convenience. No driving to her house, etc. Sounds like other dudes in the picture. Just let her hit you up and dip in and out at her leisure, and when she does, she's coming to you and bringing drinks.

Agree with dominic, diet and SLEEP are everything. Seriously, sleep is so underrated man. Getting my 8+ hours since quarantine started has made a huge impact as opposed to 6 or less I was getting before.

Very common, you stood your ground and said you weren't after a relationship. So she decided to get in one with a beta bloke who will eventually fuck up/turn her off and she'll be all up on you again sometime in the future. Like other poster said, don't count on it but it does happen often

Try asking any of your buddies/acquaintances in your old city if they know anyone in the new one. They can setup a soft intro for you. They don't have to be your best friends, but you can build and leapfrog from there.

There's another dude in the picture bro, and she's on the come up with him. My suggestion is to just leave it and let her come back to you when he inevitably fucks up

Honestly, she probably doesn't even remember you dude, what happened, and likely has done it many times since.

Agreed with others here. Stop overthinking and worrying. It's only the 0.5% batshit crazy females that will kick up a massive stink about it. Worst case, your defence lawyer can subpoena the telecom company as they will have all the records (even though you don't).

Like the other guys here, I concur. If you haven't slept with her more than once the investment on her part isn't there and she likely won't hit you up again. Also keep in mind if you're the one reaching out, you're giving her the power in that situation.

Been in this situation a few times man. Best approach here is to act like it doesn't faze you bro, go about your social life business as usual. Don't let her bullshit influence your behaviour, be courteous yet aloof.

That stick to your brain should be an alarm system telling you not to get serious with this girl man. Don't look at it through a bad lens, use it to your advantage.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
