Seems like it from the fact that the other things are preceded with "she said..." To clarify: I meant that the "I wanna push you around" is clearly the singer talking, and the singer happens to be male. The point is this: If you assume that the singer of the song is the victim instead of the abuser, then it doesn't just change the gender of the victim. It also changes the actual "story." Lines are now attributed to the victim instead of the bully. It's a different thing.

Because sexual harassment isn't necessarily motivated by an actual direct pursuit of sex. Yes, I did read the article. Did you? Nowhere in it did it say that they didn't want to wash their underwear in front of men. It said that it was done to allow women to wash their underwear. Actually, it does. Note that it says "new mom" not just "mom." Moms with young kids also have strollers, diaper bags, etc. New mom specifically refers to "women who have just given birth." If they only mean "you're going to be lugging things around, so here's a nice parking spot, then they wouldn't have said "new mom."

It sends the message that new moms, and not new dads, might have reasons why they can't walk far. Note that it says "new *moms" not just "moms." With the exception of adoptive mothers, every new mom is recovering from a major medical event, either a c-section or a vaginal birth. For some women, this is an easy recovery. For others, it's not. Many have trouble walking long distances for weeks. New dads do not have this problem.

I suspect what happened was more like: (1) Someone noticed that the classes were male dominated and wanted to diversify. It's hard to just add more women to a class. Women have a tendency to think "I can't do this/it's not for me." (2) Making a class specifically for women is a pretty effective way of getting more women. Additionally, as you suggested earlier, there's an intimidation factor. It's difficult to be the only woman in a class of men or the only man in a class of women. It makes it more difficult to ask questions because you can feel like you're speaking for your whole gender (not to mention you're sort of in the spotlight), plus people assume that you're incompetent.
