Asking for red pull marriageIt sounds like I should keep trucking along working on myself and my demeanor, and give him time, and keep building his confidence by supporting him and letting him take the lead. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/05/16 12:56 AM
Asking for red pull marriageThe job change was about 9 months ago. The weight loss over the past year, from 205 when I had the baby, to 145 now. Implementing red pill concepts, yes probably about a month, though I have been reading forums and blogs longer than that and thinking about it. I actually do kiss him when he leaves and comes home, pack his lunch, sometimes I write little notes (usually it's my daughter drawing a stick figure on his sandwich bag, though =) and he is quite aware that I find him very good looking. | 2 | Asking for red pill marriage?Sounds like a plan. Thanks! | /r/RedPillWives | 25/05/16 12:28 AM
Asking for red pill marriage?Well of course it sounds bad. It's what happened. When you have bills to pay, unfortunately job does tend to come first. My job wasn't flexible and I was working 12 hr shifts. Newborn babies aren't flexible. The only one who could be flexible was my husband. Not saying it's right, but it's what happened. I changed jobs and cut my hours because of it. | /r/RedPillWives | 24/05/16 07:55 PM
Asking for red pill marriage? Not strong arm... just not have the cliche "Where do you want to go for dinner?" "I don't care." If one of us have to make a decision, I'd prefer it be him, but is often left to me. And it's not like I aim to be a bitch. Every couple argues. Sometimes it escalates. I could certainly do a better job at biting my tongue when we disagree! | /r/RedPillWives | 24/05/16 07:03 PM
Asking for red pill marriage?Absolutely I am too negative and vent too much about work (it's very stressful). I cut my hours because the stress was destroying me, while also trying to be a good mom and wife. I learned the hard way women cannot "have it all" being supermom, working like a dog, and have any energy left to be a wife. I definitely need to work on being more gentle and less defensive. My default personality seems to be sarcasm. It's my least attractive trait. | /r/RedPillWives | 24/05/16 06:52 PM
Asking for red pill marriage? That's what I'm afraid of - I don't want him to feel as if I told him to "man up." | /r/RedPillWives | 24/05/16 06:27 PM
Asking for red pill marriage? No, I have not read the Surrendered Wife, but I will now. He takes the lead sometimes. Sometimes he is indecisive and wishy washy. Sometimes we argue, I say something bitchy, and he let's me run over him. I am definitely working to bite my tongue and not be argumentative, but the handful of timed he in no uncertain terms has told me to cut it out garnered my instant respect. I just want him to consciously choose to lead... which is not something we have ever discussed. I'm pretty sure he has it … | /r/RedPillWives | 24/05/16 06:26 PM
Asking for red pull marriageThe strange part is that he used to "pester" me for sex and had a high drive. With low self esteem after kids, lack of time and energy, I rejected him often. Now that my drive seems to be on an upswing, he seems like he could take it or leave it much of the time. I sure hope he didn't give up on me =/ | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/05/16 06:15 PM
Asking for red pull marriageThe beers he has covered. =) I occasionally surprise him with a new craft beer. What made him fall for me was probably I was a carefree 18 yo, sweet, innocent girl. Haha, life, bills, and responsibility take their toll on a woman. He has told me I am "too serious" so I need to work on that and injecting fun into our life. I do try to make his day easier and shoulder most of the kid and house work. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/05/16 06:12 PM
Asking for red pull marriageI will try one of those books, and keep working on myself. It is hard to ask for what I want, and you wouldn't think it would be since we've been married a long time. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/05/16 06:06 PM
Asking for red pull marriageI will do what I can to make life easier, since he works a lot. I am nervous to show him any RP website since I don't agree with the parts that are against marriage or encourage cheating. But there is much that I wholeheartedly agree with! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/05/16 06:04 PM
Asking for red pull marriageI don't know how to edit the title, only the post itself. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/05/16 01:44 PM
How to talk to husband about red pillAs far as the lifting, I can squat 120 and deadlift 205. He is supportive of me getting in shape, but I get the feeling there's no way he'd go to the gym with me and risk looking like a newbie. It's hard enough to be a woman and walk into a weight room, but I'm sure it's harder for a man. He's overwhelmed with work. I am trying to take things off his plate. I am learning the hard way that you can't have it all... the working mom thing. It makes marriage and parenting hard. Hopefully I can get up… | /r/askMRP | 22/04/16 02:56 PM
