LOL WHAT? You missed the entire point... It's not about talking slow at all. Talking slow is one TOOL, it has an effect on other peoples perception. But talking slow is pointless if you don't actually have a deep self-realized understanding of your own values. Does a carpenter not keep a repertoire of tools?

Realize that behaviors are patterns of the brain. The brain either is reacting to stimulus or generating stimulus. Those who are dominant do not react. Dominance requires you to generate reactions in the environment around you. Take territory, make demands, show authority, create the illusion of control (you can pretend). Switching from being a person that is reacting to the environment to molding your environment to your liking creates a "dominant" persona.

Your PTSD is triggered by crowds of people? Sound to me like you have to engage that somehow.

Perhaps an introvert may take this self-reflection process too far, rather than taking actions. Thinking before doing is a new concept for a lot of people. I see so many people that don't understand that …

The second part plays an important role in providing a "positive mental state". It sounds beta on paper, but it is to disarm her fear. This behavior is necessary to uplift her out of sudden fright. (I literally made her jump). Leaving her intimidated and flustered would not make me "charismatic".

Everyone has a specific kind of "charisma". What I am saying with this post is to maintain a positive mental attitude, and you will reap positive results in return. Intimidation has it's own sort of charisma. Notice how the lumberjack received the attention before I did? I would like to hear some examples of how you use your build to your advantage.

I encourage everyone to google their favorite authors for lectures/podcasts. They always go around talking about the main points of their book. Hearing it through audio/video is more effective way of learning for me!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
