2	I Feel Like A Complete Failure Don't try to fix it all at once. Obviously you have to try to maintain most important things at some level, but pick one and focus as much of your attention you can on it. Interesting things begin to happen soon when you do this. A sense of self reliance, self esteem, momentum, progress and hope begin to emerge. When all you see in front of you is a cliff it seems insurmountable, so focus on the next handhold or foothold.
