You're a good writer. Keep it up. My last two housemates are polar opposites and it's interesting how similair, yet different their approach has been. Previous is a dark triad psychopath, current is a simpering slimy latent homo. Both lied and used plausible deniability to cover their reasons to kick me out, the psychopath delivered his lie to my face with a charming smile and an almost believe entreaty to 'stay in touch!' The closet fag emailed me war and peace, burying his intent under a milli…

Second this. Second Getting big from weights will deter men from fucking with your frame, and entice women to enter it (at least initially). Men automatically respect you. However, this can prevent you developing inner frame, and there's always someone who'll test you, one day, whether it's a thug, or a female you develop feelings for. Overcoming the fear/nerves/anxiety that comes with getting in a ring and risking pain, or, far worse, humiliation of losing, is a massive confidence booster. Gett…

'It is, and has always been, genetics. If you don't have the genetics, you will never look like a bodybuilder.' True but that's not the objective of most people who's objective is just to not have man boobs, and maybe check if they've got abs. 'However, they will reach their genetic peak in approx 6 months of dedicated effort.' How do you define dedicated effort? I would suggest that unless you mean literally training 2x90minutes a day, five days a week plus cardio on weekends plus specific diet…

+1 on the meditation. In combination with an acceptance TRP and a commitment to change, it is a very powerful tool in your arsenal. Meditation is weights for your mind. First rule of TRP is: Lift. I honestly believe it should be Lift, and Meditate.

I have four suggestions: 1: Run less. Recovering from extensive aerobic exercise is taxing on the body. As another poster said, do intervals. You'll look better anyway. 2: Do more weights, including squats and deadlifts, and go heavy. It will boost growth hormone and T. However, don't squat and in particular don't DL heavy on days you think you're going to get laid. Both are very intense on the the central nervous system and your ability to get hard will be dramatically affected. However in the …

George Friedman, a respected geopolitical strategist, highlighted in his book The Next 100 Years, that one of Osama Bin Laden's biggest issues with the West was the destruction of the family unit. According to Freidman, OBL's thesis was that liberalism would lead to the destruction of societies and that he wanted HIS society to have no part in it. TRP is in fact largely ideologically allied to OBL-which explains why both are marginalised in our society. Careful, if TRP gets too influential ST6 w…

I've never been dumped either. But there were relationships that on reflection id turned totally blue pill, and my gut knew something was wrong and I ended it. Shows how against your nature BP is, when you know you have to dump a girl after doing everything 'right' and still being in love, purely based on nuances of her behaviour that indicate disrespect. My gut led me here. Trust your gut.

You're spot on. I read this stuff for for months everyday. Understood it intellectually but nothing changed. Then one day my balls emerged from my abdomen and suddenly life was full of possibilities and colour again.

Can I ask, how long did it take for a) her to figure out her behaviour wouldn't slow you down and b) to accept the new power dynamic? I've been dating a girl for a year. Found TRP in January, internalised for months and now acting on it: Two weeks ago killed the beta in me stone dead and it's like a heroine addict going cold turkey. Violent pushback followed by sulky silence then (feigned?) indifference. I genuinely love her but have accepted that I'm at kill or cure stage and wish the cure to w…

In initial read-through of these concepts, specifically this article https://archive.is/SJcHi reveals just how critical building and maintaining Frame is in virtually all social interactions. Fantastic subject matter. Thanks for posting.

Thank you for the feedback, can see you're right. That said, we shouldn't automatically dismiss relationship advice from females. In the right circumstances, it can be very valuable. She proves the theory that women hate beta's masquerading as alphas with a vengeance, however with an alpha (perceived or real) they'll reveal all the secrets of the game. Actually being aware of red pill theory (AF/BB, hypergamy, shit-tests etc) enables one to recognise the value of this advice and utilise it. So: …

The main point of TRP is to increase your value as a man. You didn't do any of that when you say you were TRP. Then you stopped being a whiney bitch, probably by accident, by getting educated and a job (very red pill of you, well done). Then you got some confidence (red pill) and a girl who you say likes you. Who you 'don't overthink things with' or in other words you have an IDGAF attitude (very red pill of you). So maybe you did internalise the premises of red pill, but just not at the time. G…

'Death is nothing to fear really... other than the pain typically involved.' Stoics would argue even the pain of death is nothing to fear, since pain is a construct of the mind, and the Stoic chooses how he interprets physical, emotional and intellectual stimuli.

Excellent post. Having found the red pill, which lead me to Stoicism, which led to meditation, this resonates. All these methods/philosophies are ultimately about conquering your mind. I believe the human mind is the most powerful force in the universe-for the individual-because perception really is reality. So if you can master how you percieve things, you can carve your own reality. Become confident, become tranquil, feel gratitude, want for nothing, no matter how humble your station. Ironical…

No-she had normal chestnut hair. My mistake for not making this explicit in the first post. The point is it doesn't matter colour their hair is or how they look. They all have it in them.

It doesn't take pink/blue hair to be a slut. I was once hooking up with a swedish girl, mother of two, gym bunny, recently single. Natural chestnut hair. No really overt signs of whorishness other than some nice fake tits, which were modestly coverered most of the time. From her facebook profile she was she sweetest most conservative thing you could hope to meet. For a hobby she baked childrens birthday cakes. She was one of the best fucks I ever had, which is irrelevant, but since she lived in …

This is a very insightful post. In fact my next novel will be on this topic. I agree entirely that fields using creativity will flourish, be they sales, entertainment, anything involving a process that needs insight as opposed to brute force calculations. I’d also add things like trades (carpenter, plumber, builder) as machines won’t be able to replace them. Two interesting things will happen, I believe. Typical alpha swinging dicks in white collar trades e.g. finance, law etc will find themselv…
