6	MGTOW needs help getting started with fitness Eat real food. That means food that doesn't contain ingredients. Most of my meals are simply meat, some veggies and rice/ potato. Next drink only water. Black coffee and tea is fine also. Finally focus on getting goodnight sleep. For some ppl it's 4 hours for others it's 8, only you know. Start there notice how I did not include anything about exercise. That comes later, for now let's build good habits about food and drink. 11	My downfall, going Monk Mode and the experience I gained from this has surpassed all of my expectations. Yeah my man. For me lifting is a lot more spiritual and emotional.
