1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap That's probably because you can really only implement it on the levels where it benefits one sex (like labour jobs). Most other jobs are more ambiguous, where things like having a specialized skill set means that you're more valuable than someone else who technically has the same position as you but is used for menial tasks. The issue would be people intentionally ignoring the context and claiming that the evidence of a gender gap is in how much they're paid by the hour. 6	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap Again, if you paid people based on their output, that would still fix that issue because that person would be fired for preventing everyone else from reaching the overall quota. Or, alternatively, you would be paid extra for covering the part that they didn't complete.
