What does this has to do with conspiracy? Endocrine disruptors go sit on the hormone receptors or just act as hormones. Here an in depth talk https://youtu.be/N11tqwVrhZo

My condolences. It is not your fault, no one is to blame. Speak your heart to people. If you like to rant or vent, feel free to pm.

Great response. She sounds really depressed. Advice her to speak to a professional. And feel free to leave.

Lick like a St. Bernard, almost from perineum to clit. Let your tongue rest on the clit. Keep rythm, if she says harder, keep rythm.

It could be he doesn't like the steriod puffed up dudes that are on the cover of bodybuilding magazines. And he just thinks that with your hard work and discipline and your determination, you become an ugly steriod dude way to muscular. But to "achieve" that, one have to juice a lot and use other substances, which probably isn't even your goal. You could explain to him what your goal is. If he doesn't understand, there are people who do understand. And you could let your dad know that his "advic…

As long as you chase outer (wordly, material) things you won't feel fulfilled. There is always something missing. I do it myself. You could read upon Eastern Philosophy/Yoga/Samkhya/Aidvaita Vedanta, there is more to it than you think at first instance. If you like an elaboration, please tell me.

That's your problem right there. People aren't made to sit still. Back in the day they were very busy collecting food by hunting, and later via agriculture (working on the land). You should be active with your body, by practice a sport, bi-daily (so every othet day for example). So go lifting! It helps big time. (Even walking daily will help).

Thanks for your post! I guess I don't fully understand your post. I try to give a summary of it below. Could you please add points I am missing: "Follow Gods path. Do, do what you must do, take the actions, follow the heart, be outcome independence, go with the flow, don't think, don't judge anything. Perfectionism leads to outcome dependence, it cripples you to the point you won't do anything or the wrong things." I don't see much difference between goals and outcomes. Your goal could be to plo…

Tell him tales in the third person. Disguise lessons in these tales. For example, "my friend's girlfriend left him, my friend was aloof and moved on, have a new girlfriend, and know the girl wants him back". This way he can relate how to handle, it would be more easy for him to change his worldview, and doesn't have to defend his standpoints (since it is "not" about him).

Please watch out with aluminum, you could get Alzheimer's disease. Better to just use stainless steel. Aluminum and hot water is an even more worse combination (something to do with Ionizing or so).

The website is still in development and will soon be ready. The structure will partly work similar as reddit does. Ps you could better let inform yourself instead of whine on here about the new TRP location. Be glad people take initiative to make it.

So you focused more on vegetables, fruits, seeds, and nuts, and limited the intake of animal products (meat and dairy) as well the intake of refined products for three months? But now you eat meat and dairy again for over 2 years? Thanks for your comment.

I am a real omnivore. And I have heard good claims from vegans (and yes it is a lot of propaganda). I also have heard some good things from only meat eaters. There is some kind of theory that when you eat one type of food, you eat more intermittant, not constantly snacking, and most of the time fasting. This causes some changes in biomes, hormones and thereby changes the good and bad cells and the organs. We are conditioned by evolution, as hunters, to intermittant fasting. All in all I really b…

School/college can make you depressed. Talking to people about your problems set them free (even speaking them out loud helps). Having no desires, no nothing give you the most chillest feeling in the world. You are perfect, you don't need those clothes to be that one guy, you don't need that degree to be adoloscence, fuck, you don't even need to be adoloscence, be a child if you want to. You don't need to spin plates, you don't need to have money to burn, you don't need a house before turning 30…

to think about something else (desired subcontext) while saying something else Is the reason to do this to create yourself indifferent of a reaction about your statement? Like you don't expect a reaction. Could you elaborate a bit about how you do/achieve this?

It could be your intention that creeps them out. You telepath your intentions in them, they feel those intentions of yours. Start with being conscious of your intentions, make the intention (for example) to make a little chat and nothing else (even if she insist). If you have your intentions straight the rest will follow suit.

I like to add that this post is (probably unintentionally) a very good summary of the book Bang written by RooshV. I guess you don't even have to read the book anymore if you read this post. But the book has some really funny comments you could use when you're dating, that could be a reason to still buy the book.

Thanks for this stuff! The second exercise is a little unclear though. Is the purpose to just think of words that have an emotional charge to it? But by doing that, wouldn't you come up with the same words each time?

Thanks. I searched some more. So The Book of Pook is a collection of posts (of Pook) collected on the sosuave forums. And Book of Pook and the Mill is a collection of post (of Pook) that was on his own blog (after the sosuave forum), called Pook's Mill. Am I right?

Voluntary discomfort. Make discomfort your own (cold showers, no fap, sleeping on the ground etc). You appreciate things better and are less distracted (more relaxed, more comfortable). See one of the top post of this reddit (i_have_been_practicing_stoicism_for_3_years_now), it explains it in greater detail, with more examples. Also read the comments.
