This is pure wisdom. Read it over and over.

Wow, lots of really bad rage filled advice here. Your wife gaslit the fuck out of you. She said those things to deflect responsibility away from her and the reason that she is making you feel bad instead of just taking responsibility and saying she's sorry is because she has been misbehaving. The degree to how much she has been misbehaving only she knows. However, now that she knows that you are on to her, don't be surprised that she continues to gaslight you. She might come home and be extra ni…

Think of it this way: the absolute worst thing that could have happened just happened. Treat it like exposure therapy where you just got to face your worst fear. If you can go back to a bar and do it again, you can start to get over that fear. I've been to bars where everyone is cold and unfriendly and fine to the same place a different time and made friends for life. One suggestion for you... Don't go there to talk to women. Just go with the intention of being friendly. Talk to men. Talk to the…

Hey brother, I started my שרות as קרבי but finished my last couple months doing ש"ג like you. It sucked and every falafel wearing officer acted like they were the second coming of Christ. I would make those fuckers wait at the gate as I slowly got clearance to let them through. In response to your situation I recommend the following. If transferring to קרבי is an option, you should do it. The experience is tough but worthwhile and you'll leave with lifelong friends. Also in Israel combat service…

For something different than the same recycled 20 books on every RP sub try these: East of Eden Arabian Nights (especially the introduction) A River Runs Through It John Donne (poetry) Virgil's Aenid These are not topical RP classics but all deal with good and evil, how to be a man, and sexual psychology. Plus they're all great fucking literature.

Nothing puts a job in perspective more than bringing in cash from somewhere else u/red-sfpplus's comment - treat your job like a plate. If you can create even a small revenue stream from a hobby or something you enjoy, you can keep your career in perspective and start to realize that you are the source good in your life, not your current job.

Agreed but I take issue with your last line. Hypergamy and female behavior is often portrayed here without nuance or difference. In my case, had I compromised I would most likely have found a job, continued the marriage and things would be now as they were then - humdrum - not full BP cuckery nor the RP awakening. I attribute this to my wife's extreme fidelity and commitment (more than mine). The consequences would have been my own discontent with myself, and my failure to live up to my potentia…

I stuck to telling a story instead of trying to theorize about what happened. I think u/markpf73 got it mostly right. I would add that having a mission sets up an incredibly strong frame within the context of your marriage. Some of the talk about developing frame is very contrived and relies on a certain amount of active manipulation. Manipulation has its place, and a "fake it to you make it" attitude is necessary sometimes. When I looked back at this episode within the context of RP/BP behavior…

Good questions. I'm not serious about lifting. I do short high energy workouts, lots of push ups, sit ups etc. Very similar to squad workouts in basic. Have read most of the RP and MRP sidebars, Rationale Male, Meditations, and a large self-curated reading list. Once I made the radical change the necessity to build the business, hustle, work harder, network, and generally be more energetic helped t solidify elements of the frame. I spent a year like this, where I actively followed my own lead an…

Fair enough. For brevity, I left out a lot. I did not change the frame in a second and become a cock swinging alpha overnight. As time moved on I slipped into old behaviors and had to channel that night back again. By this time though, I was aware of MRP and it was much easier to be aware of what was happening.

Jesus Christ, there needs to be an adult here to explain these things. What happened to you had nothing to do with her. It has everything to do with you suppressing your personality and emotions for a long period of time. Your psyche just sent you a message that you need to face your true self. Congrats, you are another victim of seduction! Do yourself a favor and find a good therapist and when you mature a bit you'll realize that seduction is a tool not a persona. Good luck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
